Parafinczuk Wolf Introduce
Welcome to the "Nearby Lawyers" platform, your local resource for connecting with legal professionals. We aim to provide comprehensive and objective information to assist you in making informed decisions about your legal representation. This page offers an introduction to Parafinczuk Wolf, a law firm with an address at 110 E Broward Blvd #1630, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, USA. While no phone number is provided in the available information, their physical location suggests they serve the Fort Lauderdale area and are listed within our "Nearby Lawyers" category.
Parafinczuk Wolf's presence in a commercial building on East Broward Boulevard indicates a professional setting where they likely conduct client meetings, legal research, and case preparation. The specific environment of their office suite would typically include private consultation rooms, administrative areas, and resources necessary for legal practice. However, without further information or a visit to the location, a detailed description of their office environment is not possible.
The limited information available does not explicitly state the full range of legal services offered by Parafinczuk Wolf. However, the customer reviews provide some insight into their areas of practice. One review mentions the firm's involvement in a "3M case," specifically related to defective earplugs used in a combat zone. This suggests that Parafinczuk Wolf has experience in handling mass tort litigation, particularly cases involving product liability and claims from veterans and military personnel. The successful closure of this case for the reviewer indicates a capacity to navigate complex legal proceedings and achieve settlements for their clients.
However, the same review raises significant concerns regarding the firm's fee structure, specifically the "contingency fee" arrangement. The reviewer, a U.S. Army Veteran, expressed disappointment at receiving less than half of their settlement amount after the deduction of fees and expenses. They stated that Parafinczuk Wolf entitled themselves to 40% of the settlement, resulting in a net payment of only $2275 from an agreed settlement of $5000. This experience led the reviewer to advise others to "be very careful and read through contracts thoroughly," particularly concerning contingency fees. While acknowledging the firm's role in closing the case, the reviewer's dissatisfaction with the final distribution of funds resulted in a moderate 3-star rating, along with the sentiment that they "expected more from a firm who claimed would go to bat for us."
Another review highlights issues with communication. This individual stated they had been calling the firm for two weeks without receiving any response, even after attempting contact after holidays and in the mornings. This lack of communication led to concerns about potentially being "scammed" and a specific inquiry about updates on the 3M case. This feedback raises questions about the firm's responsiveness and client communication practices, at least in this particular instance.
Considering these reviews, several features of Parafinczuk Wolf can be inferred. They have experience in handling mass tort cases, as evidenced by their involvement in the 3M earplug litigation. They utilize contingency fee agreements, which are common in personal injury and similar cases, where the lawyer's fee is a percentage of the settlement or award. However, the transparency and the ultimate financial outcome for the client regarding these fees appear to be a point of concern for at least one reviewer. Additionally, the reported lack of communication in the second review raises questions about their client service and responsiveness.
In terms of promotional information, there is no explicit promotional content provided. However, the fact that they handled and closed a 3M case resulting in a settlement for a veteran could be seen as a testament to their ability to achieve results in complex litigation. Firms often highlight their successes in specific types of cases to attract clients with similar legal needs. In this context, veterans and military personnel who have suffered injuries due to defective products might see Parafinczuk Wolf's involvement in the 3M case as relevant to their own potential claims.
However, it is crucial for potential clients, especially veterans and service members, to carefully consider the feedback regarding the contingency fee and the resulting distribution of the settlement funds. The reviewer's experience underscores the importance of thoroughly understanding all contractual terms, particularly those related to fees and expenses, before engaging any legal firm. Additionally, the reported communication issues should prompt prospective clients to inquire about the firm's communication protocols and expectations.
In conclusion, Parafinczuk Wolf, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has experience in handling mass tort litigation, including cases related to defective products and involving veterans, such as the 3M earplug lawsuit. While they have achieved settlements for clients, feedback indicates potential concerns regarding the transparency and financial impact of their contingency fees, as well as possible issues with client communication. For local users in the "Nearby Lawyers" category considering Parafinczuk Wolf, particularly veterans and service members with similar claims, it is strongly recommended to conduct thorough due diligence, carefully review all contractual agreements regarding fees and expenses, and inquire about the firm's communication practices to ensure their expectations are aligned with the firm's operational procedures. This objective introduction aims to provide a balanced perspective based on the available customer feedback, allowing potential clients to make well-informed decisions about their legal representation.

VETERANS AND SOLDIERS BE CAREFUL, While I do appreciate the effort with closing my 3M case, I would advise anyone using this law firm to be very careful and read through contracts thoroughly, especially the "contingency fee." Through fees and expenses, I received less than half of my settlement amount, they entitled themselves to 40% of my settlement, after fees and expenses I received less than 50% of my agreed settlement amount. While Parafinczuk Wolf did help me close my case, I don't feel like I can give them more than a 3 star review simply because I was due to receive $5000 for using defective earplugs in a combat zone, after expenses and fees, it will only amount to $2275. As a U.S. Army Veteran I expected more from a firm who claimed would go to bat for us.
I also have been calling for the past 2 weeks and haven't heard a word from them. Ive tried after holidays and mornings. Starting to think i was scammed. Has anyone heard anything about the 3m case
Wish I would have seen this before I allowed them to stick it to me on the 3 m lawsuit. Haven’t heard anything clear. They send veg information. They’re taking over 49 percent of my part. I’m a medically disabled veteran but they want to claim that’s their fees for disabled veterans. Hopefully someone can help me fix this, they can have the money if they fix this and make them accountable for their incompetent hire failures. I’m sure they’ll have a ton load of bull excuses.
Parafinczuk Wolf's Team did an amazing job and kept me informed the entire time of what to expect next and what option were for me. They really had my best interests in mind the whole time and did an amazing job!!!!
I have been trying to get in touch with this firm for the last 2 weeks. No one answer the phone and I still haven't received a call back from them
