Please DO NOT go to Alfonso Oviedo Reyes, he is a thief, scammer, unethical, unprofessional and total crook, he takes your money, including immigration fees and disappears. When we tried to contact him, his not responding to calls nor emails. His associate in the office, who do not speak a word of english, only demands more money behalf of Alfonso. THE WORST AND DECEITFUL LAWYER IN THE MIAMI.
I am a client of Mr. Alfonso Oviedo. He is a very attentive and responsible lawyer. It has never been bad for me and I have been their client since 2021. 100% recommended. Excellent lawyer and very well prepared.
They are thieves, without any shame, they ask for payment to be able to “start the case” when all they do is file the papers. You can't even see this Oviedo's face, only the other shameless one of his assistant Heriberto Bolaños. They steal and still give the excuse that they are owed for something they never do.
