Absolutely unprofessional, unwilling, unhelpful, and tbh unethical. They paint a whole forest full of fantasies, are nice, make you pay THEN sign the contract. Go through every loophole possible to leave you dealing with your case by yourself. Initially said my case was worth a certain amount, then now backtrack and say that's the fee and not the case??? I asked for a least a portion of my initial deposit back since contract was breached as they were unable to provide the service they promised they would. Response to my call? A week of waiting, then I call back again angry as once again the service was not provided I talked to the lawyer for 10 minutes MAX and she did a fast google search and told me to find a way??? When I tell the billing lady about the issue and how i'd like to receive my money back, her response? She hung up on me because I kept telling her how it was unacceptable that she would absolutely just disregard the fact that my case was barely reviewed and i did not want their services anymore. My honest opinion, they're scammers, lack a protocol, lack communication, and are absolutely disorganized. I asked how much she paid the lawyer per hour she hesitated then said $500 by her logic the maximum amount of money they could retain from me is $150. Don't come here, get a second opinion, and for the love of God do not fall for their niceness because once you are unsatisfied with their service they show their claws.

I paid, then waited for my refund, and at the time of my complaint, the money was still not in my hands. I could do nothing else until that money cleared. Money “issued” is not money received—especially when it’s no longer in my control or gaining interest in my account. That’s financial damage, yes? 2. Your So-Called ‘Careful Evaluation’ Was Nonexistent – You had my case for a week, yet you failed to engage with the core contractual issues. Instead of assessing the contract—the crux of my claim—you wasted time asking for irrelevant information that I had already explained was unnecessary. If you truly “evaluated” my case, why was there no substantive legal analysis on the contract itself? ***Instead, you strung me along before abruptly bailing, despite already pocketing my retainer and administrative fees. 3.
