  • They represented me twice. The first time I thought they did a great job... But then the story continues! A couple of years ago I get in some trouble going too fast. Wayne Brucar told me that it was a great idea to sell my bike, it would give me the upper hand when coming to an agreement. They tell me they need to send in a letter to try and knock down my judgment from a class A misdemeanor to a class B misdemeanor. After a month of not hearing anything we need to continue the case because they decided it wasn't a good time to do what was needed. The long and short of it was I was denied my request to reduce the charges form a class A to a class B. When we had to go to court to get the continuance because they didn't send the letter in on time Yetter had the gull to ask me and even try to make it sound like a good idea to take the class A and deal with it. I told him NO that isn't what we had discussed and I wanted them to send the letter in. Fast forward two months after I had realized both Brucar and Yetter are complete jokes. I took my business to another attorney. He had advised me that it was absolutely ridiculous to think selling my bike would help the situation at all. He said the first ticket they had claimed to "get me out of" was still on my record. I found that they shystered me two times, not one, but two flippen times!!! So he sends the letter in (the one I am sure they didn't even attempt to send in) and within a couple of weeks gets it reduced with some community service and a very small fine (not the $5000, I was told I had to pay when with Brucar and Yetter). I call Brucar & Yetter after all said and done and they wont take my call. They are garbage lawyers and are the iconic snake in the grass that lawyers are depicted to be. I wasted my money for them to show up at court and get me a continuance that I could have done my self! Don't waist your money on these clowns!

Among the listed firms is Yetter Law Group, Ltd., located at 1600 Golf Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, USA. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the firm, drawing on publicly available information, including its stated contact details and direct customer feedback, to offer local users insights into what they might expect from engaging their services.

The physical location of Yetter Law Group, Ltd. at 1600 Golf Rd, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, positions it within a commercially accessible area of Rolling Meadows. Golf Road is a well-known thoroughfare, which typically implies reasonable ease of access for clients, whether they are traveling by car or potentially public transportation. In a legal office setting, the environment is generally designed to be professional and conducive to confidential discussions. While specific details about the interior decor or waiting area of Yetter Law Group, Ltd. are not readily available online, standard expectations for a law firm's physical space would include a clean, organized, and private setting where clients can feel secure discussing their legal matters. Accessibility is often a key consideration for law firms aiming to serve a local community, ensuring that clients can reach them without undue difficulty for consultations and meetings.

Regarding the services offered by Yetter Law Group, Ltd., the provided customer reviews primarily highlight their involvement in cases pertaining to traffic violations and criminal defense. The review mentions representation for speeding infractions and attempts to reduce charges from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class B misdemeanor. This suggests that the firm engages in legal areas concerning motor vehicle offenses and aspects of criminal law, which are common needs for individuals seeking legal assistance. The nature of these cases implies that the firm deals with court appearances, negotiations with prosecutors, and advising clients on potential legal strategies related to their charges. The services would typically involve assessing the merits of a case, preparing necessary legal documentation, and representing the client's interests in court or in out-of-court settlements. However, the exact breadth of their practice areas beyond what is mentioned in the review is not detailed in the provided information.

The features of Yetter Law Group, Ltd., as perceived and described by a customer, present a mixed and largely critical perspective. Initially, the client had a positive impression after the first representation, believing they "did a great job." However, the subsequent experience, involving a speeding ticket, led to significant dissatisfaction. The client’s feedback highlights several points that could be considered features of the firm's operation, albeit not always positive ones in this particular account. For instance, the client mentions advice from Wayne Brucar, seemingly an attorney associated with the firm, suggesting that selling a motorcycle would offer "the upper hand" in an agreement. This indicates a proposed legal strategy, though its effectiveness is disputed by the client's later experience. The firm's stated intention to send a letter to reduce charges is another operational feature mentioned.

However, the client's account details a breakdown in these perceived features. A significant concern raised is the alleged delay and eventual failure to send a crucial letter in a timely manner, leading to a continuance and denial of the request to reduce charges. This suggests issues with case management, communication, and proactive handling of client matters. Furthermore, the client claims that Yetter (presumably a principal at the firm) later suggested accepting the Class A misdemeanor, which was contrary to prior discussions and the client's wishes. This indicates a potential misalignment between client expectations and legal advice or strategy. The client also discovered that a prior ticket, which they believed the firm had resolved, was still on their record, leading to an accusation of being "shystered... two times." The inability to connect with Brucar & Yetter by phone after the case was resolved through another attorney further underscores a perceived lack of post-case communication or accountability. The client explicitly refers to them as "garbage lawyers" and "iconic snake in the grass that lawyers are depicted to be," advising others not to "waist your money on these clowns!"

From a promotional standpoint, the primary publicly available information for Yetter Law Group, Ltd. includes their phone number, (847) 490-9140, and mobile phone, +1 847-490-9140. These contact details are straightforward and provide direct means for prospective clients to reach out. However, the provided customer review serves as a significant piece of promotional (or in this case, cautionary) information for any potential client Browse the "Nearby Lawyers" category. While law firms typically aim for positive testimonials to attract new business, negative reviews, when publicly accessible, can significantly influence public perception and client acquisition. The review details a specific and strongly negative experience, alleging a lack of timely action, questionable advice, misrepresentation of past results, and poor post-case communication. This type of feedback directly impacts the firm's public image and serves as a critical data point for individuals conducting due diligence when selecting legal counsel.

In conclusion, Yetter Law Group, Ltd. in Rolling Meadows, IL, offers legal services primarily in the realm of traffic violations and criminal defense, as indicated by available information. While accessibility is facilitated by their location and provided contact numbers, the detailed customer review offers a perspective on their client service and case management. This particular account describes an experience of alleged delays, questionable legal advice, and a perceived lack of effective communication and resolution, leading to a highly negative outcome for the client and a strong recommendation against using their services. For local users exploring "Nearby Lawyers," this feedback would be a critical piece of information to consider when evaluating Yetter Law Group, Ltd. as a potential legal representative.
