Michael sheehys incompetence knows no bounds. His inability to explain a legal contract to me has caused me time and money getting tenants eviction because was too incompetent to explain a single thing to me when signing the paperwork. He deserve to have his license to practice law revoked. He was never able to answer a single question and Kaufman is just as bad encouraging these behaviors in his workers

Brett Wexler represented my wife and me in the sale of our NYC coop, and we always had confidence that we were in good hands. In a field dominated by “volume” legal practices that often shuffle these matters to teams of barely supervised junior personnel, Brett stood out for his ongoing personal involvement and very fast responses to all of our queries and requests for updates. This is SO important even in “standard” coop transactions because there is still a high level of inherent complexity in the many steps between sending out a contract and finally closing. Brett and his team remain invested in your transaction from the day of engagement to the day the deal is done.
