This suggests that the office provides services related to visa applications, green cards, and potentially other immigration matters.

Features and Considerations:

The provided customer reviews offer some insights, albeit critical, into the potential experience of working with Weon G Kim Law Offices. These points should be carefully considered by prospective clients:

  • Alleged Oversight in Immigration Case: One review details a negative experience where a green card application was reportedly denied due to a crucial oversight by the attorney regarding the job description during the labor certification stage. The client also expressed dissatisfaction with the attorney's unhelpful response and suggestion to seek alternative counsel. This raises concerns about attention to detail and client communication in immigration matters.
  • Questionable Employment Law Case: Another review mentions an attempt to sue for unpaid overtime in a situation where the worker allegedly worked less than 40 hours a week. The reviewer deemed this a "joke," suggesting a lack of merit in the case pursued. This might indicate a potential issue with case evaluation or judgment in employment law matters.
  • Limited Positive Feedback: The absence of positive reviews in the provided information means that there is no direct positive feedback to balance the negative experiences reported.

Given these points, potential local users should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging Weon G Kim Law Offices for legal services. It may be prudent to seek additional reviews or references from other sources to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the firm's service quality and client satisfaction.

Promotional Information:

Without any positive promotional statements or information from the law office itself in the provided data, it is challenging to offer any promotional content. Typically, a law office would highlight its expertise, experience, client commitment, and successful track record. However, the current information primarily consists of negative customer experiences.

In the absence of positive promotional material, local users are advised to consider the available feedback seriously. While every legal case and client experience can vary, the provided reviews raise specific concerns that potential clients should be aware of.

Customer Reviews and Reputation (Based on Provided Data):

One review cites a significant error in an EB-2 green card process leading to denial and expresses dissatisfaction with the attorney's handling of the situation. The other review describes a seemingly unfounded lawsuit for unpaid overtime. These accounts suggest potential issues with the firm's attention to detail, case assessment, and client communication.

It is important to acknowledge that these are individual experiences and may not be representative of every client's interaction with the firm. However, in the absence of any positive feedback in the provided data, these negative reviews stand as the only direct customer insights available.

I engaged this attorney to assist me with the EB-2 green card process. I diligently provided all the required information, but during the labor certification stage, my case was denied due to a crucial oversight by the attorney regarding the job description. When I expressed my concerns to the attorney, their response was rather unhelpful, suggesting that I change attorneys if I didn't like their approach. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude left me dissatisfied with their services. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who wants to avoid unnecessary risks in their immigration process, based on my personal experience.

I remember this attorney because he attempted to sue a company on behalf of a worker for unpaid overtime. The problem was that the worker had been putting in less than 40 hours a week. What a joke. I'd stay away.

I wonder if you have a lawyer's license. Looking at the way he handles his work, he looks like an office manager, but he's really the worst as a lawyer. I think I learned at a high price that I don't hire a lawyer who works very differently from what I first said and does everything. Well, I wonder what great expectations there are for a lawyer who works in an office that is about 6 pyeong (about 6 pyeong) and rents it in half.
