Today, we introduce The Klein Law Group, P.C., a law firm located at 39 Broadway #1530, New York, NY 10006, USA. While their physical office is in New York, this introduction aims to inform local users who may be seeking legal representation, particularly in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The reviews available online offer a mixed perspective on the firm's services, highlighting both successes and areas where improvements may be needed, providing a balanced view for potential clients.
The Klein Law Group, P.C. can be contacted by phone at (212) 344-9022, or via their mobile number, +1 212-344-9022. These contact methods provide local users with direct access to inquire about their legal needs and the firm's services. While specific details about the office environment are not provided, it is typical for law firms to maintain a professional setting for client consultations and case management. Individuals considering engaging The Klein Law Group, P.C. can likely expect a standard professional office environment.
According to one client testimonial, The Klein Law Group, P.C. comes highly recommended for both Workers' Compensation and SSDI representation. This client reported "great success" in two cases and was personally very happy with the outcome of their SSDI case, which took approximately seven months. They specifically noted that the firm was "Worth every penny they charged" and praised their handling of frustrations and paperwork, describing the overall experience as "pleasant." The client also appreciated being kept informed throughout the process and had "no problems," ultimately offering a strong recommendation for the firm's services in these areas.
This positive review highlights several potential features of The Klein Law Group, P.C., particularly in disability-related cases. These include a successful track record in both Workers' Compensation and SSDI claims, efficiency in processing cases (as indicated by the relatively short timeframe of the SSDI case), a willingness to handle administrative burdens like paperwork, proactive communication with clients, and an ability to provide a positive overall client experience. For local users seeking assistance with Workers' Compensation or SSDI claims, this feedback suggests that The Klein Law Group, P.C. may possess the expertise and processes to achieve favorable results.
However, another, more detailed review presents a contrasting perspective regarding long-term client communication and advocacy in a Workers' Compensation case. This review indicates that while the firm was initially helpful and responsive, communication significantly declined over a period of ten years. The client's mother, who has been with the firm for an extended period, reportedly experienced difficulties in getting responses from her attorney regarding ongoing issues with the Workers' Compensation insurance carrier (Traveler's). These issues included denied medical claims and medications, as well as attempts to close the case despite the client's mother being unable to return to work.
The lack of communication, as described in the second review, raises concerns about the firm's responsiveness and level of ongoing support for long-term clients, at least in some Workers' Compensation cases. The client's frustration is evident, highlighting the hardship caused by the denial of necessary medical treatment and the perceived lack of advocacy from the law firm. This suggests that while the firm may have been effective initially, their level of engagement and communication may diminish over time, potentially impacting the client's ability to receive the necessary legal support.
An addendum to the second review indicates that someone from the law group reached out after the initial negative feedback, promising that everything would be taken care of. However, subsequent updates reveal that the client's mother's medical treatments and medications continued to be denied, and she began receiving medical bills. Despite the law group acknowledging receipt of these bills via certified mail, they reportedly did not reach back out to the client's mother. The reviewer expresses disappointment and concern that the firm is "allowing Traveller's to victimize my mother all over again," especially considering her status as a 9/11 survivor, and states that this lack of support has been ongoing for years.
This detailed account suggests potential challenges in the firm's long-term client management and advocacy in certain Workers' Compensation cases, particularly when dealing with resistant insurance carriers. While the firm may have the initial expertise to handle these claims, the reported lack of sustained communication and proactive intervention could be a significant concern for local users seeking ongoing support in complex and protracted cases.
For local users browsing the "Nearby Lawyers" category, The Klein Law Group, P.C. presents a mixed picture based on the available online reviews. They appear to have a successful track record and provide positive experiences for some clients, particularly in the initial stages of Workers' Compensation and SSDI claims. However, there are also significant concerns raised about their long-term communication and advocacy in at least one Workers' Compensation case. Potential clients should consider these contrasting experiences when making their decision and may wish to inquire specifically about the firm's communication protocols and long-term client support, especially for cases that may be protracted or involve ongoing disputes with insurance carriers.
In conclusion, The Klein Law Group, P.C., located in New York, has received positive feedback regarding their handling of Workers' Compensation and SSDI cases, with one client reporting a pleasant experience and successful outcomes. However, another client's experience highlights significant concerns about long-term communication and advocacy in a Workers' Compensation claim, even after initial positive engagement. Local users considering The Klein Law Group, P.C. for their legal needs, particularly in Workers' Compensation or SSDI matters, should weigh these contrasting reviews and consider asking detailed questions about the firm's communication practices and commitment to ongoing client support. You can contact them at (212) 344-9022 or +1 212-344-9022 to discuss your specific situation and their approach to client service within the "Nearby Lawyers" platform.

The Klein Law Group was recommended by a friend who had great success with them on two cases both Worker’s Compensation and SDDI representation. My own SSDI case took only 7 months (2 months longer because I had some delays on my end). I am very happy I decided to use them. Worth every penny they charged. They worked through all the frustrations and paperwork. It was a pleasant experience. They kept me informed every step of the way. I had no problems. I am very happy with the service and results. Highly recommend this firm.
My mother has been with this attorney's group for years. Initially they were very helpful and responsive in helping my mother with her worker's comp claim but for the past 10 years, they barely communicate. Traveler's (the WC insurance carrier) has been harassing my mother, denying medical claims and medications, attempting to close her case even tho she cannot return to work. My mother has reached out numerous times to her attorney for a response and barely gets any. She's told they'll get back to her once they speak with Traveler's and never does. This is creating a hardship as without proper medical treatment, my mother will continue to be disabled and has been getting sicker by the year. This is ridiculous and unfair to people who are seeking assistance from an agency not exactly set up to help disabled people. Addendum: Someone reached out to my mom about a week after this review. Said everything would be taken care of and not to worry. My mom's medications and treatments are still being denied and now she's getting medical bills. I sent them to this law group via certified which they signed for but never reached back out to my mother. They are allowing Traveller's to victimize my mother all over again considering she's a 9/11 survivor. And this has been going on for years!

I want to share my gratitude to The Klein Law Group, on handling my Social Security Disability case. After a year of effortless and painfully working my case on my own, I was denied the SS Disability. I called The Klein Law Group, discussed the case and asked them to represent me appealing my case. Their professionalism and expert knowledge of Social Security Law awarded me the SS Disability benefits within four months of filing the appeal. I'm forever grateful to Ms. Klein and their staff. Especially, Ms. Reynoso, who guided me throughout the process. I highly recommend The Klein Law Group. Thank you.
