Unfortunately after Hurricane Irma our home sustained damage. We filed a claim with Citizens Insurance and waited almost a year for them to respond, they basically told us to take a hike. We turned to Michael Cordova from the Icon Group and what Difference of opinion that was. I only wish that we contacted him sooner. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Very professional, highly recommend AAA+++

Due to Hurricane Irma’s aftermath we were forced to file a claim with our insurance company. After a series of delay tactics and run arounds we decided to contact Michael Cordova and his team of associates. By far the best decision we have made.
