Features and Approach: Understanding Their Promises
One positive feature highlighted in a customer review is the helpfulness of Jared and the entire firm. The reviewer specifically mentions that their questions were answered, and they were kept updated throughout the process of their case. This suggests a commitment to communication and client support, at least in some instances. The reviewer's willingness to refer others and their intention to use the firm again in the future speaks positively about their overall experience.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, pointing out significant communication issues with Jared and rudeness from the receptionist. The reviewer also details a situation where they were repeatedly assured that a specific bill (the ambulance bill) would be taken care of, only to receive the bill months after the settlement. This raises concerns about the firm's follow-through and the accuracy of the information provided to clients. The lack of response to follow-up attempts further exacerbates these concerns, painting a picture of frustrating and unprofessional service for this particular client.
It's important for potential clients to weigh these contrasting experiences. While one review praises the helpfulness and communication, the other highlights serious shortcomings in these areas. This discrepancy suggests that client experiences may vary.

One client reported a positive experience characterized by helpfulness, good communication, and a willingness to recommend the firm. Jared and the entire firm are exceptionally helpful in all that they do. They answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the entire process of my case. Great team. I have referred others to them. Also, I will be using them again in the future.
Communication on Jared’s end was lacking throughout the entire case. Every time I called, I ended up speaking with a receptionist who was consistently rude and unhelpful. Despite that, during the times I did speak with Jared, he repeatedly reassured me that I wouldn’t need to worry about any bills — that everything would be taken care of and I would be made whole again. I specifically brought up the ambulance bill, and he told me not to worry, that it was handled. As the case came to a close and we reached a settlement, I asked again, and once more, he confirmed everything had been taken care of. Fast forward a few months later, and I receive an ambulance bill — one I was told would be covered. I contacted Jared’s office and was told to email the bill and someone would call me back. Over two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I followed up again and was told someone would reach out — still nothing. Overall, my experience with Bulldog Law Firm was frustrating and unprofessional. If I could do it over, I would go with a firm that truly advocates for their clients and doesn’t leave them hanging.
I would not recommend this law firm especially if you’re injured. Jared did the bare minimum and settled. I was left with having to figure out how to have the surgery needed with a minimal settlement. After it was all said and done he told me to buy insurance until I get the treatment needed then to cancel it. The lack of care and work done by him I found out after I could have done myself. Do your research is the only thing I can say after my experience with him.
Chris Howard was outstanding! Professionally he handled everything from beginning to end. It was my first time ever having a ticket much less a reckless driving ticket. Chris worked diligently to make sure my case was resolved with little impact on me or my family . We appreciate Chris Howard for everything. I highly recommend Chris Howard’s Law firm because their services are top notch!
I want to thank the Bulldog Law Firm, especially Attorney Mitnick, for his professionalism. From day one to the end of the case, he was excellent! I recommend the Bulldog Law Firm. They truly help you find a solution no matter how difficult your case may be.
