Dear Joseph Sullivan, I am truly disappointed in your representation in our Father's claim. It's been 14 years since your firm has had our Father's claim. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. And the unprofessionalism you have displayed is so disgraceful. A claim that takes only 2 years we still waiting now 14 years. The least you can do is respect him enough to honor him. Mr. Sullivan it's such a shame it took a month for you to respond to this post a professional Mr. Sullivan would have communicated with their clients. It's funny you can respond to a Google review but yet my family and I have not heard from you in 2 years. And yet here we are still waiting. Your firm had our father claim for 14 YEARS MR. JOSEPH SULLIVAN. Maybe if you never disrespected us as your clients so terribly I wouldn't need to file a grievance. And if you don't have no hard feelings with us as your clients why are you so rude and unprofessional with your response. God sees everything.

When signing with Sullivan Brill, there were a lot of unknowns. Being in a lot of other forums where other Veterans were being represented by other Attorneys, I felt head and shoulders above the others. The entire staff at Sullivan Brill handled everything top tier. When it came time for the actual layout of the claims, I did not see any other Veteran in my cohort received a bigger pay out. So, not only was I represented better, I also received the highest compensation. I feel very blessed to have been represented by Sullivan Brill. Hopefully I never have this need again, but if I do, I will be at ease knowing who will represent me.
