I was referred to Trey Martin as someone that might possibly be able to assist me with a yacht insurance claim I am dealing with. I completed a web form / contact request on Mr. Martin’s website on 12-18-2023. Today, Thursday 12-21-2023, after not receiving any communication from Mr. Martin’s office, I reached out by phone. A gentleman answered the call and identified himself as Trey Martin. I explain I was referred to him and that I filled out a web form several days earlier. Mr. Martin interrupted me by saying “what’s your problem!” Pretty rude and I wouldn’t hire him or his firm if he was the only attorney in Fort Lauderdale. Maybe Mr. Martin doesn’t want or need new customers - the way he started my conversation indicates he isn’t interested in talking to anybody. Disappointed ☹️
Extremely responsive and helpful and knowledgeable. They've earned my business for sure!!!
