Sebastian Simon Law gave me the worst immigration advise. couple years ago I paid this lawer 2k to receive the worst advise that almost messed up my path to my green card. They lied to me suggesting a change of status that I didnt need and that was supposed to be 1 year long process ( I needed more time to figure out what my next step would be and they suggested this) . However two months after paying the lawer fees, I received an immigration notification for my case in which I ended up in a situation I didnt originally planned. They lie so they get you to pay their fees, then blame it on USCIS. Please do your research before coming to this lawer. I do not recommend. Luckly I was able to fix his mess and was able to tramit my green card later on.

I would highly recommend them to anyone! Such a great team! From the paralegal Javier, the secretary and the lawyer, Sebastian Simon, they are really great and friendly people. They are on top of everything. During our case Javier had an amazing communication with us to ensure that we had everything and understood what the next steps were. The team also makes the process from start to finish very easy and stress free which is a plus. I am very glad that my husband and I have chosen this law group!
