Arrogant, dismissive, and hiding behind a rude gatekeeper. I reached out to Schwartz Perry & Heller with a serious matter some time ago — instead, I was met with a front desk assistant who acted like she ran the entire firm. Condescending tone, constant interruptions, zero empathy. It felt less like a law office and more like trying to get past a bouncer at a club. What's worse? The firm defends her behavior rather than owning up to it — doubling down with defensive replies instead of basic professionalism. If this is the face of their brand, I want no part of what’s behind the door. Absolute shame...

Was with my daughter listening her call with this las firm and I just have to say WHAT A DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE IN THAT OFFICE. Giving you 1 star because Google doesn’t let me give 0 Replying to what you just said: First of all, your person was not polite AT ALL. Second of all, my daughter was trying to ask for something before explaining the case because she wanted to know how you work and your person kept interrupting and being arrogant. Obviously there was insufficient information because my daughter told her that she was not explaining the case and she wanted to know your way of working. You are all a brand… and as a customer service worker, I can tell you that that call was enough to “judge” because if that’s the face of your brand, how could I keep moving forward if she was just being rude? How is that polite?

This group is amazingly, patient, detailed, positive, productive and gets the job done! They will only work with you if they know it’s makes sense and you have a case. My case went very smooth and I was always kept abreast of the process from start to finish. I worked with Brian, he never missed a beat and I was always prepared for court. Brian was always available to call and ask questions. Anyone I spoke to from the firm was always polite and courteous. If I ever need to use this law firm again they would be my first call. Thanks again!
