Sahagian Law Introduce
Welcome to the profile of Sahagian Law, a legal practice located at 3895 SW 185th Ave #120 in Aloha, OR 97078, USA. As a listing in the "Nearby Lawyers" category, this introduction aims to provide local users with information to consider when seeking legal representation in the Aloha area. Sahagian Law can be contacted by phone at (503) 642-5935 or via mobile phone at +1 503-642-5935. The available online reviews present a stark contrast in client experiences, with one client expressing decades of satisfaction and another detailing a significant failure in representation.
One reviewer describes Mr. Sahagian as "one if the most talented Lawyers you could possibly hire." This client states that Mr. Sahagian has "pretty much looked after my affairs for decades" and has "always come through for me." They further characterize him as "a great guy, easy to talk to and knows his law well." This testimonial suggests a long-standing and positive relationship with Mr. Sahagian, built on trust, effective legal counsel, and a personable demeanor. It implies that for this client, Sahagian Law has provided reliable and successful legal assistance over an extended period.
In stark contrast, another reviewer recounts a severely negative experience. This client's husband hired Mr. Sahagian for their divorce case, and the reviewer states that Mr. Sahagian failed to perform a crucial task he was hired for: responding within 30 days of their divorce proceedings. The consequence of this inaction was that the client's husband had to inform the judge of Mr. Sahagian's failure to respond. The reviewer sarcastically recommends Mr. Sahagian "for your opposing side," indicating extreme dissatisfaction and a perception of incompetence in this particular case. This review raises serious concerns about Mr. Sahagian's attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and overall professional responsibility in at least one instance.
Given these diametrically opposed reviews, it is challenging to definitively describe the environment at Sahagian Law. The positive review suggests a professional and capable setting where clients feel well-cared for and confident in Mr. Sahagian's abilities. The mention of him being "easy to talk to" implies an approachable and communicative environment. However, the negative review paints a picture of potential negligence and a lack of diligence in at least one critical aspect of a divorce case. This discrepancy suggests that client experiences may vary significantly, or that there might be inconsistencies in the level of service provided.
The services offered by Sahagian Law are not explicitly stated in the provided reviews. However, the mention of a "divorce case" in the negative review clearly indicates that family law is one area of practice. The positive review, which refers to Mr. Sahagian looking after the client's "affairs for decades," suggests a broader range of legal services that may have been utilized over time. Potential clients should inquire directly about the specific areas of law in which Sahagian Law specializes to determine if their needs align with the firm's expertise.
Several features of Sahagian Law can be inferred from the contrasting reviews. The positive review highlights Mr. Sahagian's talent, knowledge of the law, and approachable personality. The long-term relationship suggests reliability and consistent service over time, at least for some clients. However, the negative review points to a significant lack of diligence in at least one instance, specifically failing to meet a critical deadline in a divorce case. This raises concerns about the firm's attention to detail and commitment to fulfilling basic professional obligations. The sarcastic recommendation for the opposing side underscores a perceived lack of effectiveness in representing their own client in that particular situation.
The promotional information gleaned from these reviews is conflicting. The positive review serves as a strong endorsement, recommending Mr. Sahagian as a talented and reliable lawyer. The long-term client relationship is a testament to sustained satisfaction for at least one individual. However, the negative review acts as a significant deterrent, highlighting a critical failure in representation that had direct consequences for the client. This conflicting feedback makes it difficult to present a clear promotional message. Potential clients would need to weigh these opposing viewpoints carefully and consider the specific nature of their legal needs.
For local users in Aloha, OR, seeking a "Nearby Lawyer," the information available for Sahagian Law presents a significant dilemma. While one client expresses decades of satisfaction and praises Mr. Sahagian's talent and knowledge, another details a serious instance of professional negligence in a divorce case. This stark contrast suggests a potential inconsistency in service quality or a significant oversight in the handling of the divorce matter. Potential clients should approach Sahagian Law with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It would be advisable to seek additional reviews or references and to discuss their specific legal needs and expectations in detail during an initial consultation to assess if this firm is the right fit for them.
In conclusion, Sahagian Law in Aloha, OR, has received both high praise for talent and long-term reliability and severe criticism for professional negligence in a divorce case. This conflicting feedback underscores the importance for potential clients to conduct thorough research and consider the specific nature of their legal needs when evaluating this firm. While one client's experience suggests positive outcomes and a strong attorney-client relationship, another's highlights a significant failure in representation that should give prospective clients pause.

One if the most talented Lawyers you could possibly hire. I can say for a fact that Mr. Sahagian has pretty much looked after my affairs for decades and has always come through for me. He's a great guy, easy to talk to and knows his law well.
He was my husband's lawyer for our divorce case and he didn't do the one thing he was hired to do which was respond within 30 days of our divorce. Poor dude had to get in front t of the judge and tell him too that he didn't respond lmao. 10/10 would recommend him for your opposing side lol 😆
Mr. Sahagian was calm and collected. Ms. Becca was soothing and helpful. With his skillful preparation we won the case. I appreciate their help greatly.
