The following information aims to present an objective overview based on the sole client review available online.

The single review available for S Howard Woodson III PC paints a concerning picture of the client's experience. According to this review, the client initially contacted Mr. Woodson around April 9, 2015, regarding a legal matter. The client's perception was that while Mr. Woodson initially seemed interested, their subsequent understanding was that his primary concern was securing payment for a case that, in their opinion, did not necessitate legal representation.

Furthermore, the review details a subsequent attempt by the same client to engage Mr. Woodson for a more serious legal matter approximately six weeks later. The client alleges that after being informed of this new case, Mr. Woodson purportedly engaged in deceptive behavior, instructing his secretary to falsely state that he was unavailable or meeting with another client. The client recounts an incident where, after their own calls went unanswered, a call made by their son just thirty seconds later was answered. The client states that Mr. Woodson allegedly answered the phone only after their son provided his first and middle name, but not his last name, suggesting a deliberate avoidance of the original client's calls.

Based on this experience, the reviewing client strongly advises against hiring Mr. Woodson, expressing the opinion that doing so would result in being "ripped off." The client further raises concerns about the lawyer's conduct, particularly in the context of the social climate concerning people of color, although the specifics of this connection are not detailed within the review itself.

Adding a significant layer of concern, the reviewing client mentions the existence of a judgment against Mr. Woodson from the State bar in the year 2002. This information suggests a prior disciplinary action taken by the governing body of legal professionals, which could be a relevant factor for potential clients to consider when evaluating their legal options.

Given that there is only one review available, it is impossible to ascertain a comprehensive understanding of the typical client experience with S Howard Woodson III PC. However, the seriousness of the allegations made in this review, including the claims of prioritizing financial gain over the client's best interest and engaging in deceptive communication practices, warrants careful consideration by anyone contemplating retaining this attorney. The mention of a past judgment from the State bar further underscores the need for thorough due diligence.

The single available review raises serious concerns about the conduct and integrity of S Howard Woodson III PC. I contacted S. Howard Woodson on or about April 9, 2015 concerning a matter. Mr. Woodson seemed interested but I found out latter all he was concerned about was money he tried to get for a case that didn't even need an attorney present. Furthermore I contacted him about six weeks later and informed him about another case of a more serious nature. Then after being informed Mr. Woodson would lie and have his secretary say he was no in or with another client. How I know this was true is when I called and he had informed his secretary not to answer my calls period. I called twice go no answer, so I had my son call thirty seconds after I called and the receptionist answered the phone after two rings and when my son gave his first and middle name, not his last name, Mr woodson answered the phone. We don't need lawyers like this especially in light of the situation in this country concerning people of color. So in my opinion if you hire this lawyer you will get ripped off. Furthermore there is a Judgement against him from the State bar in the year 2002.
