As a featured lawyer on the Nearby Lawyers platform, Robert P. Daday has received varied feedback from individuals, offering different perspectives. One individual, who states they have never done business with Mr. Daday in a legal capacity, comments on his property management practices within their neighborhood. They note that he owns several properties and ensures they are well-maintained. This observer also suggests that Mr. Daday is selective about his tenants, as they appear to be responsible and good neighbors. While this review does not directly relate to his legal services, it might suggest a certain level of attention to detail and community involvement.

However, another review presents a deeply concerning account from someone who hired Robert P. Daday as their attorney in a case against their ex-girlfriend. This reviewer, who identifies themselves as Mr. Daday's cousin, alleges a severely negative experience. They claim that Mr. Daday "refused to listen to anything I had to say" and intentionally acted to help the ex-girlfriend. The reviewer further states they witnessed Mr. Daday and the ex-girlfriend leaving together, which led to the termination of his services. The reviewer expresses a strong belief that Mr. Daday did not have their best interest at heart and even attempted to stall a requested paternity test. This individual, being related to Mr. Daday, expresses that their family has lost all confidence in his ability to provide legal help, citing a perceived lack of respect from the outset. This is a serious accusation that potential clients should consider carefully.

Given these two starkly contrasting perspectives, it is challenging to provide a definitive overview of Robert P. Daday's legal services and professional conduct. The positive observation regarding property management does not directly translate to legal competence or client relations. Conversely, the negative review from a former client raises significant red flags about his representation, communication, and potential conflicts of interest. It is crucial for potential clients to weigh these accounts carefully and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging his services.

The provided information does not offer any details about the environment of Mr. Daday's office at 1030 Walnut St, Allentown, PA 18102. It is typical for law offices to maintain a professional setting for client consultations. When contacting his office, potential clients may wish to inquire about the consultation process and the atmosphere of the office.

Similarly, the limited and conflicting information makes it difficult to ascertain Mr. Daday's specific areas of legal expertise. The negative review involves a case against an ex-girlfriend and a paternity test, which might suggest some involvement in family law matters. However, the reviewer's experience casts a shadow on his handling of such cases, at least in their personal situation. Potential clients should directly inquire about Mr. Daday's specific areas of practice and his experience in the relevant field of law for their needs.

In the absence of positive client testimonials regarding his legal services or any promotional information, potential clients must rely on their direct interactions with Mr. Daday to form their own assessment. It is strongly recommended to ask detailed questions about his experience, his approach to client communication, potential conflicts of interest, and his fee structure during an initial consultation. The serious allegations raised in one of the reviews warrant a particularly cautious approach.

For local users in Allentown, PA, and the surrounding areas considering Robert P. Daday for their legal needs, it is imperative to approach with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The significant negative feedback regarding his legal representation in one instance should not be ignored. While the observation about his property management is positive in that context, it does not speak to his legal abilities or professional conduct as an attorney. Potential clients should prioritize direct communication, ask pointed questions, and consider seeking second opinions before making a decision.

In conclusion, Robert P. Daday, located in Allentown, PA, has received mixed feedback. While one observation suggests responsible property management, a direct client account raises serious concerns about his legal representation, client communication, and potential conflicts of interest in a family law-related matter. Local users considering his services should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence by directly contacting his office at (610) 740-0300 and asking detailed questions about their specific legal needs and his relevant experience. It is crucial to feel confident in your legal representation, and the information available suggests a need for careful evaluation in this case.

Never have done business with him. However, he has several properties in my neighborhood and he always ensures they are kept up with. You can tell he doesn't just rent to anyone either being all his tenants seem to care about where they live and are good neighbors.
