Richard Franks PC Introduce

Welcome to the "Nearby Lawyers" platform, your local resource for finding legal professionals. Today, we present information about Richard Franks PC, a law firm located at 7400 E Caley Ave #300, Centennial, CO 80111, USA. As you search for legal representation in your area, it is essential to consider all available information, including feedback from previous clients, to make an informed decision. The online reviews for Richard Franks PC offer critical perspectives that potential clients should carefully evaluate.

The provided information does not include any details about the physical environment of Richard Franks PC's office. Typically, law firms maintain a professional space for client meetings and legal work. This usually includes consultation rooms for private discussions, offices for attorneys and staff, and administrative areas for managing case files and communications. However, without specific information, we cannot describe the ambiance or facilities of Richard Franks PC. Regardless of the office environment, the quality of legal service and client communication are paramount.

Based on the limited information and the nature of the client reviews, it is challenging to definitively state the specific areas of law in which Richard Franks PC specializes. The first review appears to relate to a civil case where the client believed they had a strong position against the defendant. The second review also suggests involvement in civil litigation, where the client felt their case was not progressing despite ongoing payments to the attorney. These reviews indicate a potential involvement in civil litigation, possibly including contract disputes, personal injury (though not explicitly stated), or other civil matters. However, without further information, the full scope of their legal services remains unclear. Potential clients should directly inquire about the firm's expertise in their specific legal area of need.

The primary feature that emerges from the available client reviews is a significant level of dissatisfaction with the services provided by Richard Franks PC. Both reviews express strong negative opinions and raise serious concerns about the attorney's handling of their cases. Key issues highlighted by the reviewers include:

  • Perceived Lack of Diligence: One client felt that the attorney's initial confidence waned after receiving a second retainer and that the focus shifted towards settling the case prematurely, despite the client believing they had a strong case.
  • Communication Issues and Stressful Interactions: One reviewer described a stressful phone call where the attorney allegedly threatened to testify against them and provided conflicting information regarding court dates.
  • Failure to Follow Client Instructions: The same reviewer stated that the attorney did not subpoena witnesses as requested and downplayed the importance of clauses in a settlement agreement, ultimately leading to the client having to refuse a strong non-disclosure clause.
  • Billing Concerns: Both reviewers expressed concerns about fees and the value received for the money paid. One client felt they were being charged excessively for minimal work, while the other felt they were kept paying despite a lack of progress and ultimately received a settlement insufficient to cover legal fees.
  • Questionable Case Strategy: One client expressed confusion about why their seemingly strong case did not result in a favorable outcome. The other felt misled about the strength of their case while continuing to pay fees.
  • Focus on Settlement Over Litigation: Both reviews suggest a perceived push towards settlement, even when clients were not satisfied with the terms or felt their case warranted a stronger pursuit of litigation.

Given the consistent negative feedback across these two reviews, a significant feature that potential clients should be aware of is the reported pattern of client dissatisfaction. These experiences suggest potential issues with case management, communication, billing transparency, and client advocacy. While every legal representation can have unique circumstances, the overlapping themes in these reviews raise red flags for anyone considering hiring Richard Franks PC.

There is no promotional information present in the provided text. In light of the strongly negative feedback from the available reviews, it would be difficult to objectively identify any positive promotional aspects based solely on this information. The absence of positive testimonials or any stated benefits of hiring Richard Franks PC further underscores the importance of carefully considering the experiences shared by these past clients.

To connect with Richard Franks PC, you can reach them by phone at (720) 389-5374 or their mobile number, +1 720-389-5374. Their office is located at 7400 E Caley Ave #300, Centennial, CO 80111, USA. If you are a local user seeking legal services, you may consider contacting the firm for an initial consultation. However, given the serious concerns raised in the available client reviews, it is strongly recommended that you proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any commitment. This due diligence should include seeking additional reviews from other sources and asking very specific questions about case handling procedures, communication protocols, and billing practices during any initial consultation.

In conclusion, Richard Franks PC, located in Centennial, Colorado, has received concerning feedback from the only two publicly available client reviews provided. These reviews highlight significant issues related to perceived lack of diligence, communication problems, failure to follow client instructions, billing concerns, questionable case strategy, and a potential overemphasis on settlement. Potential clients in the Centennial area should carefully consider these experiences and conduct thorough research before deciding to engage the services of Richard Franks PC. The information available suggests a high degree of risk associated with hiring this attorney based on the negative experiences shared by past clients.

I was not happy with this attorney. Even though I had everything I needed to prove my case. The defendant didn't have anything. At first he seemed strong and confident, but after he got my second retainer it seemed like all he wanted to do was settle. This was very stressful, on one phone call he told me that in the future he could be called to testify against me because he claims I agreed to settle, before I had even seen the terms that he said he'd let the defense attorney draft. He told me this was going to cost more than max settlement the court would allow after collecting $7,000. He told me that my court date had been canceled, but later said it hadn't been but now instead of being a 1/2 day it was going to be a 2 day trial. I was clear I wanted witnesses subpoenaed but he didn't do that. I was clear there would be no non disclosure or disparaging clause, but he told me not to worry disparaging clauses don't hold up in court and the defendant tried to get me to sign a VERY strong non disclosure clause, I refused! Richard mimumized the importance of these things. I was owed over $23,000 and all I was hoping for was $15,000. I agreed to settle for legal fees because he kept saying he was going to take all the settlement and more, but I didn't even get my legal fees covered, he kept adding cost. I would never use this lawyer again! When I got my documents back, they were EXACTLY as I had given them to him. He told me he needed to re organize them, he barely put a few sticky notes on them, but charged several hours to review, which should have been quick review. The defendant's attorney hadn't even been in town for almost 2 weeks immediately preceeding our trial. I have no idea why this wasn't a slam dunk case in my favor. The case was settled the day before trial, then he told me the defends attorney wasn't even in town. my case ended in mid july 17

I used this attorney a few years ago, he kept telling me I had a good case and took thousands of dollars from me during that time. We weren't getting any results with the case, but I was still told that we had a good case, meanwhile still paying him. It came to a point that I couldn't pay him anymore and wanted to move forward on a contingency basis. Within 1 week we were talking about settling, that maybe my case wasn't as good as he thought, that we just needed to end this. So, the only money I ended up receiving wasn't even enough to pay my attorney fees. Don't use this guy, he will milk you dry!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I called about the potential to hire an attorney to look over a contract and was sent to his cell phone by his receptionist. After he answered, he very rudely interrupted me in the first 5 seconds of my greeting and told me this was his business phone number and that he wasn't interested in "solicitation" calls, which I very clearly was not, as I was looking for an attorney for hire. He then hung up on me as I tried to clarify. Very rude, wouldn't recommend.
