Worst attorneys in the world! The receptionist answers the phone with a screaming baby- didn’t understand my English. Erin strung along one of her customers for 8 months- we have on recording her saying she didn’t submit anything for processing and this is why our staff Erin’s paid client 7500.00 for a 2 week Expedited service. (Print off a one pager from the government website fill it out with kyc’s supporting docs and approved) we used two other companies at the same times as Erin’s and it was seamless and professional. We have never left a negative review ever. Beware this will effect your reputation this will effect your staff this will waste your time and money. Go with the pros. She was supposed to be done by August of 2024- we reached out to do a small checkup where she screens her calls she then responded with cancelling our relationship due to her being unable to preform a simple task at hand. This immigration service is 5-stars. Erin Williams runs this business. She and her staff are great. The location (near Orchard and Quebec) is easy to access but it can be a little difficult to find. It's part of a larger complex that has several different offices (hers is building 4) so give yourself a few extra minutes to find it the first time. I had a lot of questions about the U.S. immigration process especially how to best maximize the probability of getting a visa for my friend who lives in China. I went with an initial 1-hr consult and got good solid answers for all of my questions. Erin really know the business. Afterwards, when talking with my friend, a few other questions came up and I arranged a follow-up "phone" consult with her that pretty much finished up every question I have. When the time comes, and my friend and I hopefully marry, I will obviously contact Erin again for all the details regarding spousal and/or fiancee visas. Finally, you won't find a friendlier person or staff to work with.
