They can be contacted at (732) 560-9500 or via their mobile number +1 732-560-9500. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons based on the information available online. However, it is crucial to note that the publicly available reviews regarding this firm are overwhelmingly negative and raise significant concerns about their professional conduct and client service.

The online feedback for Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons consists of two detailed and highly critical reviews, both alleging serious misconduct and negative experiences. These reviews paint a concerning picture of the firm's practices and client interactions. Potential clients are strongly advised to carefully consider the issues raised before engaging their services.

The first review details an alarming sequence of events. The client received notification from their bank on October 2, 2023, about a lien being placed on their account. Following inquiries with the bank and the court, they were directed to Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons. The reviewer expresses frustration with the difficulty in contacting the attorney, stating attempts were made from October 4, 2024 (it is presumed this should be 2023 based on the timeline) to December 13. An email attempt in November, reportedly at the court's direction, was also unsuccessful. On December 13, the client finally spoke with someone who provided a full payment amount and stated that the only payment arrangement available was garnishment. The client claims they mailed a certified check for the specified amount the following day. Shockingly, one day after mailing the check, the client alleges that the lien was refiled, and an additional $1000 was taken from their account. As a result of this experience, the reviewer states they have had to hire their own attorney to fight this situation and strongly advises others against hiring Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons, suggesting they are likely to face legal issues if they do.

The second review presents even more serious allegations of financial impropriety and professional negligence. The client accuses a lawyer from Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons of improperly using their loan funds to pay rent while the client was disabled and undergoing nine surgeries. This reviewer also refers to a separate, unresolved legal matter from 15 years prior, involving a deceased attorney who allegedly failed in their duties, leading to the accumulation of medical bills. The reviewer claims they informed the state of New Jersey about this history, asserting that the current lawyer (from Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons) was responsible for handling medical payments from a settlement related to an accident the client did not cause. The client alleges that this lawyer sent them to specific doctors and then failed to ensure medical bills were paid from any settlement funds. The reviewer states they opened a case with the ethics board against the deceased attorney and is now vehemently accusing Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons of "bank robbing" and failing to uphold their professional responsibilities as both lawyers and officers of the court. This review expresses deep frustration, financial hardship, and a sense of being unjustly treated by the legal system and this particular law firm.

Given the severity of the accusations in both reviews, local users seeking legal services in Bridgewater through the Nearby Lawyers platform should exercise extreme caution when considering Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons. The allegations include: failure to communicate, potential violations of professional conduct regarding fee disclosure (though this is mentioned in a review concerning a different attorney at another firm), errors in handling financial matters (escrow and alleged misuse of loan funds), and serious accusations of financial impropriety and negligence leading to financial harm for the clients.

It is important to reiterate that these are allegations made by former clients in online reviews. However, the detailed nature and the consistency of the negative sentiment expressed should serve as a significant warning. While every individual's experience can vary, such serious accusations warrant thorough investigation and careful consideration before entrusting your legal matters to this firm.

The physical environment of the law office at 739 E Main St in Bridgewater is not described in the provided information. Similarly, the specific areas of law that Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons specializes in are not explicitly stated. The reviews touch upon issues related to liens, account garnishment, real estate transactions (in the context of the first review's reference to a lien), and personal injury settlements (in the context of the second review). However, without official information from the firm, it is difficult to ascertain their primary areas of practice.

There is no positive promotional information available in the provided reviews. Instead, the strong negative sentiments expressed serve as a stark warning to potential clients. The phrase "Good luck if you hire this guy! Hes gonna get you sued!" from the first review and the repeated accusations of "bank robbing" and failure to do their job in the second review are the antithesis of positive promotion. These statements are serious indictments of the firm's professionalism and ethical conduct.

For local users in the Nearby Lawyers category, the available information strongly suggests avoiding Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons unless they can provide compelling evidence to counter these serious allegations and demonstrate a commitment to ethical and professional client service. It would be advisable to seek legal representation from other attorneys or firms with more positive and verifiable track records in the Bridgewater, NJ area. Potential clients who are considering this firm should conduct extensive due diligence, seek independent references, and carefully scrutinize any agreements or financial transactions.

In conclusion, the online reviews for Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons in Bridgewater, NJ, are overwhelmingly negative, containing serious allegations of misconduct, including issues with liens, account garnishment, potential misuse of funds, failure to communicate, and professional negligence. Local users seeking legal services through the Nearby Lawyers platform are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and consider alternative legal representation due to the significant concerns raised by these former clients.

If I could give this man zero stars, I would. My bank sent me a letter on October 2, 2023 saying there was a lein being placed on my account. I called them and they directed me to the court. I called the court and they directed me to this man. I cant even call him an attorney. I tried from October 4,2024 to December 13 to get in touch with him. I even attempted to email him at the direction of the court in November to no avail. On December 13 when I spoke withhim, he gave me a pay in full amount, also telling me that the only payment arrangement is the garnishment. He told me to mail him a certified check and gave me an amount, which I did the next day. One day after that check was mailed he refiled the lein and took another $1000 from my account. Needless to say I have to hire my own attorney at this point to fight this. Good luck if you hire this guy! Hes gonna get you sued!

This lawyer robbed my loan to pay my rent during 9 surgeries while i am disabled. I hope his karma returns. The lawyer who didn't due his Job 15 years ago is now dead and I wrote to the state of nj explaining this was a law suit and the lawyer racked up these bills. HE SENT ME TO THESE DOCTORS I DIDNT CHOOSE THEM. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY MEDICAL OUT OF ANY SETTLEMENT AND FAILED TO DO HIS DUDILGANCE. I OPENED A CASE WITH THE ETHICS BOARD AND THE ATTORNEY DROPPED DEAD. HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING HIS JOB WHILE MY LIFE HAS BEEN SET BACK FOR AN ACCIDENT I DID NOT CREATE. A JUDGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE HONORABLE AND A LAWYER IS SUPPOSED TO DO HIS JOB. HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT DOING THAT. I WILL FIGHT THIS AND KEEP WRITING TO THE STATE AS FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL. I WAS LEFT WITH A FAILED SURGERY THAT THE ATTORNEY SENT ME TO HIS DOCTOR. MY WHOLE LIFE BECAME MORE THEN HARD AND THESE PEOPLE KEEP BOTHERING ME. AGAIN STOP BANK ROBBING ITS INSANE. They are bank robbers.

Absolutely horrible right from the get go. Called them to settle a doctors bill for my husband from 15 years ago that we had absolutely no knowledge of. They were completely rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me multiple times and screamed at me while I spoke in a calm low tone. I read these reviews prior to calling them, so thankfully I knew what to expect. I don’t know how anyone could employ them when they treat people the way they do. I honestly feel so bad that they both are this miserable that they treat complete strangers this way. I even asked the first guy, I’m assuming raymond, why are you yelling at me? Did you really just hang up on me like a petulant child? Oh well, see ya in court meisenbacher 🤪

Aggressive, Family-Run Debt Collectors With Law Degrees My wife and I were contacted by the Superior Court of New Jersey regarding a Civil Action taken by Raymond Meisenbacher & Sons, Esqs. without warning or prior notification, regarding a small debt owed to a local doctor's office. I contacted the "law offices" by phone to discuss the civil suit. Contrary to what Thomas Meisenbacher considers "discourse", I was met with a verbal wall - this wall of one-way conversation did not allow for me to respond - demanding full amount due or judgement continues; all this for an amount below $1,500. After a few minutes of listening to legal jargon, threats of garnishment, etc., I was able to speak and request a payment arrangement. However, Thomas Meisenbacher wanted monthly payments in the hundreds, and unrealistic option for my budget. After a few more minutes of verbally battling what seemed to be an impenetrable wall, I was able to talk my way down to a fifty-dollar per month payment arrangement. It has been over one year since the debt has been marked settled with the Superior Court of New Jersey, and after making the agreed payments through US Postal money orders and certified mailings, I called office of R. Meisenbacher & Sons as a courtesy. To my surprise, their office has not properly documented my payment history, and, like our last conversation, their attitude over the phone remains unchanged. While I exhibit a calm, pleasing and professional tone, theirs remains bitter, negative and lacking optimistm, even after payment of more than fifty-percent of the debt has been made. Positives? • Phone calls are answered within three rings, and you speak with a human being • Collection account monthly payment amounts can be negotiated Negatives? • Negative attitudes over the phone • First contact for collections comes from Trenton, not from the collection agent • Payment arrangements must be paid through US Postal money order and sent certified mail only - no personal checks or credit cards accepted What advice would you give to someone who has been contacted by this company? Respond immediately - don't wait. Once this office proceeds with a judgement, it's over. Also, once initial contact has taken place, do not call them again; rather, scan all payment receipts, make copies and send a complete payment record with demand for "paid in full" letter. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the request, so there should be no reason whatsoever to be denied this simple, professional courtesy. Would you recommend a customer to use this office for anything? If you own a business and are in need of debt recovery, R. Meisenbacher may be a good option. However, if you are not in the business of alienating your customer, seek alternative debt recovery solutions.
