Based on the available customer reviews, The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C. appears to offer services in at least two distinct areas of law:

Landlord-Tenant Law: One client, a landlord with multiple rental properties, shared a highly positive experience with the firm's handling of tenant disputes and evictions. This client specifically praised Attorney Saadeh's approachability, the responsiveness of his team, the firm's level of service, affordability, and efficiency. They highlighted the expertise of Attorney Dubell, who effectively resolved a non-payment issue, allowing the landlord to regain possession of their property quickly and resume their business. This positive feedback suggests that the firm possesses significant expertise and a client-focused approach in landlord-tenant matters, making them a potentially valuable resource for landlords in the Bridgewater area.

Family Law: In contrast, another client shared a less favorable experience specifically related to the firm's family law services. This review noted concerns about repeated reassignment to different associates, leading to the frustration of having to explain personal situations multiple times. The client also reported consistently poor response times to communications, causing added stress during a sensitive family law case. While acknowledging that the firm handled the basic aspects of their case, the overall quality of service was deemed below expectations. It is important to note that this feedback pertains solely to their family law services, and the client had no experience with other practice areas.

Considering these contrasting reviews, it appears that the experience at The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C. may vary depending on the specific area of law and the assigned legal team. For landlords seeking efficient and effective representation in tenant disputes and evictions, the positive testimonial suggests a strong capability in this area. The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, LLC was a fantastic choice for me! As a landlord with multiple rental properties, I often require legal assistance for tenant disputes and evictions. After thoroughly researching several law firms specializing in landlord-tenant matters, I chose this firm—and I’m glad I did. Attorney Saadeh was approachable and took the time to discuss my needs over the phone. His team was equally responsive, and the firm’s level of service, affordability, and efficiency exceeded my expectations. Attorney Dubell expertly handled my case, and the firm resolved my non-payment involving a tenant issue faster and more effectively than any other firm I’ve worked with before. They allowed me to take possession of my unit in 2024 and get it rented so I could promptly continue my business. I give them my highest recommendation and will continue to rely on them as my go-to law firm for landlord-tenant matters.

My experience with this law firm pertains specifically to their family law services. Throughout my family law case, I was repeatedly reassigned to different associates, which meant having to explain my personal situation multiple times. This was both time-consuming and frustrating. The response time to communications was consistently poor. I often waited extended periods for replies to important questions and updates about my case. This added unnecessary stress during what was already a sensitive family matter. While the firm handled the basic aspects of my family law case, the overall quality of service fell well below my expectations. I should note that my review is based solely on their family law services, as I have no experience with their other practice areas.

Rajeh A. Saadeh Law Firm is a good firm, though a bit pricey. They have skilled attorneys who thoroughly gather information to build a strong defense for your case. Their communication and performance are excellent. They helped me expunge and clear my case. Thanks so much, Attorney Stilianos M. Cambilis and Ms. Dana M. Fallo!

I had a deeply troubling experience with Attorney Raj Saddah and his firm. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation took a turn for the worse when my assigned attorney left the firm. As I was nearing the end of my case, I chose to follow my attorney to her new firm, believing it was in my best interest. Since then, Raj Saddah's firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having funds in escrow, they have been bombarding me with exorbitant bills and threatening me with collections and legal action. It’s baffling to me why they are trying to garnish my wages when they already hold money that should cover any outstanding fees. I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, but my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. It seems like my former attorney's departure has led to vindictive actions from Raj Saddah’s firm. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling this matter is beyond disappointing. It feels like my situation is being used as leverage in a personal vendetta between Raj Saddah and my former attorney. This kind of behavior is not only insensitive but also highly unethical. I should not be caught in the crossfire of a dispute between a law firm and a former employee. If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly advise against it. Their defensive responses to similar complaints, coupled with their inability to separate personal grievances from professional service, raise serious concerns. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal representation.

I hired this firm in January 23 2024. Ended up with a wonderful attorney. Paid my retainers. On 04/01/2024 I receive a message that my attorney is No Longer with the Firm. I decided to stay with my attorney. On 04/05/2024, The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh filed a motion in the family court, this debt was 2 months old and I had already paid $5000 in retainer fees. On 05/13/2024, The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh filed a Civil Suit!!! Give me a break! They were paid 5K already and could easily obtain the charging lien for the divorce settlement. A little too much, too soon, not to mention I had to ask 3 times to have duplicate charges removed from an invoice. Total balance is around $7500, but now they also are adding legal fees for the motion and the law suit. Maybe they should worry about getting new customers instead of trying to jack up old customer's bills. Unreal!!! Unfortunately for this firm, my review is not deceptive, 100% accurate, and certainly not unfair. I could post all of the communications, bills, motions, etc., if they prefer. Perhaps they’ll threaten me with a lawsuit as they did against the other negative reviews…lol
