Karina and her entire team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Pina, the paralegal assigned to me, explained every step and made the process very simple. Highly recommend Lucid Law!
I scheduled a consultation, which was later rescheduled due to an internal calendar oversight. However, at the rescheduled time, I did not receive a call. When I reached out to the firm, the answering service assured me that someone would follow up, but I have yet to receive any response. This experience reflects a lack of organization and professionalism in handling potential clients.
I highly recommend this practice. Karina was amazing to work with. Very patient and kind. Made you feel like there was nothing to worry about even though you were worried about everything. Her paralegal Pina was also very informative, replied to all my emails. Didn't feel like I was in the dark about anything. They get all my 5 stars :). Thank you!!!
As you can imagine I was a bit tentative in taking the step of Chapter 7 but after engaging with Karina, Debra and the team I was put at ease and moved forward with a move that will ultimately allow me to get on a firm financial footing again.
