I asked this company for a quote to get a tenant out of a property of mine . They asked me to register as a client and explain my situation I did so. They than took me following up 3 consecutive times over a week period to get me with a quote . After the follow up a team member emailed me telling me their services were going to cost $2000 and that there was no guarantee the client would be removed from the property . The price was a little over what I had been quoted by another law firm (I got the quote after dealing with them) , although the price isn’t what turned me off . Their team were very unfriendly offered no over the phone communication and delayed any email responses . AFTER ONE WEEK THEY SEND ME A $95 BILL , JUST FOR ASKING FOR A QUOTE!!!!!

Very unhappy about recent probate. So the firm could save $9.95 they do not file forms on line (which the court prefers, and gives priority attention) over 2 weeks wasted which financially affects me. But they collect their fees that’s their priority is, not their fiduciary relationship to their clients

I would leave them ZERO stars if Google would allow me. They are rude, unethical, and demeaning. The entire office has no moral code or sense of prioritizing. They have no interest in working with people and will put you on hold rather than getting to a conclusion. Horrible practice.
