Neal Gibbons is a compassionate, professional attorney who has repeatedly solved my problems. He was honest, fair, and took care of the details and the worry, so that I did not have to. I highly recommend him.
When i hired him straight from jail , through the recommendation. Of my bail bondsman . It seemed like a great idea at the time , but after working out payment. Arrangements for 500 a week , i assumed he had me. Covered , which means APPEAR in court on the case and DMV filing for a to and from work and school restricted liscence , which means you have to contact the DMV within 10 days or youve missed your chance. I assumed when he called 10 days later , it was not just to confirm he WAS withdrawing 500 more from my account . So i asked him , i know its been more than 10 days , whats up with the DMV ? Liscence ? He said i missed it ?? I said what . He said , if i didnt contact the dmv within 10 days , forget it , no exceptions , im screwed . no liscence , hes tried before , he told me he knows this , because he does it for all his clients ?? Which threw me off considering i paid him 500 already , was clearing the second payment of 500 . So realizing he odviously never even looked at the court papers . So i called him the following day , told him , i expected him to at least make sure i didnt miss my 10 day dmv window , or at least request a interlock device before 30 days but since he never even looked at case . in two weeks , im already taking a different route . so instead of looking at the case for anything they may have missed or done wrong . I had to find someone else to pick up the case . Fortunately it was easy , I got lucky . With Joshua Bourne . Great attorney Unfortunately , even after several attempts to contact Mr. Gibbons at the office , I still havent received any of my 500 $ retainer returned back to me that i paid him . hopefully he will read this letter and ask his secretary to mail the remaining balance of the retainer to my home without any more delays . Just a thought ;)
Great Personality. He puts the clients needs ahead of his own. He is worth his wages but money was never priority with him. He listens and does his job.
