I would like to start this review by saying Kristen Montgomery of MAC Legal P.A. Is hands down the BEST! Kristen went to bat for me with my insurance claim against my insurance company and because of her abilities, skills and knowledge, she was able to successfully negotiate an amazing settlement with the insurance company well above my expectation. During the process, Kristen was very transparent with me and i was always able to reach her with ease unlike most law firm these days. During the process, she and Phillip kept me informed, step by step and always communicated the progress with me. I would HIGHLY recommend using MAC Legal P.A. and if the opportunity presents itself again, they will be my only choice. If I was able to rate them above a 5, I would do it in a heart beat. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Kristen Montgomery and Mr. Michael Citron at MAC Legal, P.A. Ms. Montgomery was assigned our case in June 2021 and was able to reach a resolution in less than 6 months. She was new to our case and had to catch up where the previous lawyer left off. She caught up quickly and was able to fulfill our expectations. She kept in contact with us and responded to any emails or phone calls quickly. When we had questions, she did not hesitate to get answers for us and followed up in a timely matter. They reassured us when we were in doubt. She was able to take us through the process step by step in a reassuring manner. This all occurred during the Covid pandemic, so there were delays and obstacles along the way but Ms. Montgomery went over and above to resolved our issue.
