Any situation that requires a personal injury attorney is an unpleasant one. Justin Jaffe guided me through an uncomfortable circumstance with compassion, humor, patience and gentleness. He consistently made himself available to me to discuss the needs and progress of my case. Even at times he was on vacation with his family, he made sure to respond to my messages and let me know when he would be available. He was an excellent source of support and advocacy throughout my case. Justin and his team cheered me on through to a very satisfying outcome. I am grateful to each of them and their individual efforts and impressed by their teamwork and organization.

Lower Case and Jose are the best! They helped me with an awful home owner’s insurance claim stemming from a leak in our cast iron pipes. The damage happened during COVID (right at the beginning) and when I was pregnant. It was a nerve racking time, but Jose was great at explaining every step of the process to me and got us enough money to fix everything that was damaged. He didn’t back down from the insurance company who were low balling us every step of the way. But in the end we got a great result and I’m so happy we went with Lower Case!

With so many lawyers out there it was difficult to find someone who actually cared and wanted to take time to explain things to me. Then a friend recommended contacting “lowercase”. Rick, Jose and Justin made me feel very comfortable from the first call. These guys are truly passionate about what they do and very genuine when dealing with people. I had a lot of questions and they answered them in an easy way that I was able to understand. They also won my case! Definitely give these guys a call!!
