Leave people's pets alone, trying to make people give up their beloved animals by trying to have them have more proof for emotional support. It's not fair to the owners or the animals. Your the worst kind of scum this world has to offer. I wouldn't use this representation if I was getting paid to use it. Your entire firm deserves to have great personal loss this Holliday in the worst way. I hope it her people look into what this firm is doing before blindly working with them.
