If I could give mark a negative 10 stars I would. Let me first say that I'm a business owner and I would never lie on a person that's trying to do well for themselves, I actually have respect for those whom start their own business so I try not to complain much. But mark litton is very unprofessional, me and my wife came in and the first thing he says is your not going to get much money because of my color. I was mind blown. He's gonna deny this because he just talks out the side of his neck all the time and wont give you time to ask questions about your case. Secondly he was supposed to amend the cost of how much I was supposed to exceed for my cases he set it for under 75k which it was already set for from the beginning, that's after the surgeon told me I needed surgery on my spine. So I don't know if that was a mistake or him trying to mess up my case purposely but either or it's not the type of representation someone needs if you're in a car wreck I feel he was just trying to make a quick buck and kick me right out the door andwhen I needed to talk to him about the errors his assistants would lie and say he's not in and you can't come in right now because it's a fire in the building and my family the shoe shiner on the first floor told me it was not. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, HE WILL MESS UP YOUR CASE. KEEP BROWSING. Continuance: Sir, I would never call to rehire somebody who tried to persuade me not to take my case to trial because "who knows the KKK might be the jury" is exactly what you said to me and my wife, right? If I had to rate just the Attorney, Mark, I would give him 5 stars. He is very respectful, professional, and took a genuine interest in my case. He explained things to me in a way that I could really understand. However, at end of my case, I was transferred to another lawyer who seemed uninterested and rude. The same story goes for the secretaries. The first one I worked with, Vanessa was very attentive and understanding of my limited English, but later ones were rude and made it seem like helping me was a burden. The secretaries never explained any of the processes to me, they never seemed to know what was happening or be willing to find out for me. They would say they would look into it and to call them back. When I called them back they would say that they had already explained everything to me. Being Latino is difficult enough in this country and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor, rather than providing service they were being paid for.
I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the representation and outcome of my case through Mr. Mark Litton! He is a very determined and hard fighter in the courtroom, resulting in a "POW" and that's why I call Him "FireCracker"!!! He works hard the whole way, not only through representation but constant communication between himself and the client! His staff works just as hard as he does. His CONFIDENCE in the courtroom, Keeps you confident in your case as well! I will definitely hire Mr. Litton again in any future cases if needed, as well as referring him to friends and family!
