Three times I hired Alex Barak as my Immigration lawyer, for three separate cases, tourist visa extension, work visa and green card through marriage. All cases approved. Great professional service, the best anyone can find. He always made me feel welcome and important. He also handled successfully four other cases which were all approved for other family members.

I highly do not recommend this attorney.  He has recently ruined my marriage case. I have to start the process all over due to his obvious and very simple mistake on my application and for that he has asked for the additional attorney fees that are as high as if I were going to retain him again. If you were asked to stop by his office for consultation or to prepare for the USCIS interview you will probably be hearing how great he is at his job or best in the industry, but after all it is just a talk with no proven record.  There are other better and more affordable attorneys that will save you time and money. Please do not waste your time listening to the praise of how good he is and how his services go far beyond and above. I have personally been there and no one truly cares or knows him in the field. Polly, his assistant, is wonderful and a very helpful woman. Just one last piece of advice for the attorney from me, if I were you I would either retire or change the profession. For instance,  Starbucks may be a better place to deceive customers through talks you give, even though I'm not certain whether you will be hired or retain after they learn more about your work ethics.

I hired Alex Barak for an I-751 and citizenship, and also for some family petitions, based upon many friends recommending him. I had great success. He handles all cases professionally, efficiently and successfully. He was for me a hands-on attorney, always available to me. No one can match this highly experienced attorney. Yaniv B.
