DO NOT WALK AWAY FRON THIS ATTORNEY....RUN!!!!Extremely unethical. My children emailed and texted Rosenberg clear evidence of their mother drinking after a court order was passed prohibiting it. Rosenberg stated they were lying and found them unreliable. I hired a new GAL who immediately found my 15, 13 and 11 year old children to be creditable and took immediate court action against it. Rosenberg should not be allowed to represent children EVER!!!!
If the court appoints Howard Rosenberg to be your child's GAL, be prepared for an extremely lengthy and expensive ordeal. Howard Rosenberg is one of the worst GAL's out there. Instead of listening to my children and reading my son's emails begging him to intervene and rescue him from his abusive mother, Howard decided that he knows what's best for my kids. He actually told my then 13 year-old son that he needs to worry about his mother's feelings, not his own and that if he refuses to adhere to his visitation schedule, he could be arrested. This was Howard's response to being told by my son that my ex-wife was physically and emotionally abusing him. Additionally, in spite of having clear evidence that my ex-wife was having symptoms of psychosis, being told by my children that she was abusing them, he decided to recommend that we hire a professional evaluator by the name of Dr. Louis Kraus. At the end of the day, I was able to protect my kids and got full custody, but Howard Rosenberg's involvement delayed the court's action by at least a year and cost me over $50,000 in fees to him, his incompetent evaluator, and my own attorney fees.

This is by far the most dishonest, unprofessional and unethical attorney you'll ever deal with. Stay away from this guy. He will rip you off left and right and try to intimidate or blackmail you to take your money!
