If I could give negative stars I would, STAY AWAY!!!!! This law firm is all over the place, assistants coming and going and there is no communication with each other on client profile details. Mixed information given from multiple persons at the law firm, they hardly ever give their name, very unorganized and seem very antsy for money. They Will try to make you pay unimaginable payments and then tell you that is your only option. I was on a payment plan, defaulted by one payment which was communicated to them, Teresa advised we were ok and to pay the following month, she leaves and now the new person in charge of my account has “dissolved” a payment arrangement I’ve been paying on. Makes no sense!!!’ This company is terrible and has made this process very overwhelming and stressful and damaging!!!! I wouldn’t recommend services for ANYTHING from these con artists! Definitely reporting them to every possible source this is ridiculous!
wish i could put 0 stars. took thousands out of my account fraudulently that was meant for someone elses debt. never heard of them until i saw the charge on my account. i was 10 years old when they alleged i acquired this debt. called to figure out the situation and ended up getting hung up on multiple times mid conversation. now they have been reported to the federal government for misconduct in my identity theft case
They treat you like scum. Then the lady called my daughter a them instead of her. Then she was rude as hell and charged my daughter an insane fee. they don’t care if you lose your job they only care about the money

Despite having paid my original debt of 7 in full, they have continued to garnish my wages, taking over $16,000—far beyond the original amount owed. When I tried to address this with their office, I was subjected to racial discrimination and abusive treatment. Staff members were incredibly unprofessional, with individuals like Theresa and Brandon making offensive comments, including telling me, "You black people need to find an attorney and stop calling." They consistently disconnected my calls and refused to respond to my emails. This ongoing garnishment has caused significant emotional distress and financial hardship, and their disregard for my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding any dealings with this firm, as they have not only acted unethically but also unlawfully.
Wow!!! 22 year old kid working for me, raising 4 kids alone i only asked if you would consider not taking his whole paycheck every week so he can try to make it ........and you hang up in my face in the middle of a conversation......BEWARE!
