I hired Geoffrey McLaughlin, P.A. to resolve a traffic citation I received while on vacation in Miami. I’m from another country and don’t have a U.S. driver’s license, so the officer told me I needed to appear in court. Since I was only going to be in the country for a few more days, I decided to hire this firm to attend court and handle the case on my behalf. Based on their positive reviews on Google, I trusted them and paid $420 for their services. However, when I recently checked the Miami-Dade County website to ensure everything was resolved, I discovered there is a WARRANT FOR MY ARREST because the attorneys failed to appear in court! This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Their negligence has jeopardized my ability to return to the United States. I will provide all evidence of their misconduct to the court! I do not recommend this firm to anyone.
