I had applied i-1730 in August 2019 for my wife and children. I have not received any approval letter in this regard for the last three to four years. I then made several appeals to USCIS officials. No suitable answers were found for that either. I then contacted Congressman with the help of Attorney Elitsa Encheva. With their help they accepted my request and agreed that they would expedite it. Subsequently after 20 days my case was transferred to another service station. Four days later I got the approval letter. After that I was transferred to Department State in ten days and again in a couple of days to Embassy in my home country and now I got my visa. Please do what you can without delay and get your families back to you as soon as possible. Thank you again. I will never forget my lawyer who guided me so convincingly in my case.
