Worst law office ever. They are incompetent, non-informative and unprofessional is an under statement. I filed a suit 6 years ago from a car accident in which I received bodily harm and the insurance company offered a settlement check. Feinstein & Feinstein informed me not to accept the check and have not closed this case as of yet. I was better off handling this situation myself!! Please do not, I repeat do not allow them to assist you in anyway

The Adams Express Building, located at 61 Broadway, is a historic landmark in Lower Manhattan, indicative of a long-established presence in the city's legal and business community. Suite #2820 suggests a professional office environment within a larger commercial building, likely providing the necessary infrastructure for a functioning law practice. While specific details about the interior aesthetics and client meeting spaces of Feinstein & Feinstein are not available online, it is reasonable to anticipate a setting that facilitates confidential discussions and legal work, consistent with other law offices in this area. The Financial District is known for housing numerous legal firms, ranging from solo practitioners to large partnerships, and the environment typically reflects professionalism and a focus on client service.
Understanding the legal services offered by Feinstein & Feinstein is crucial for users of the Nearby Lawyers platform seeking assistance. The available information includes two contrasting customer reviews, offering some insight, albeit limited, into their areas of practice and client experiences. One positive review mentions Mr. Feinstein's knowledge and strength as an individual who you would want to represent you. This suggests potential expertise in some area of law where strong representation is valued, possibly litigation or a similarly adversarial field. The positive feedback also highlights the helpfulness and pleasant demeanor of Miss Daisy in the front office, indicating a potentially positive initial point of contact for clients.
Conversely, a highly negative review describes the office as "the worst law office ever," citing incompetence, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism. The reviewer details a personal injury suit stemming from a car accident six years prior, where they were advised against accepting a settlement offer and claim the case remains unresolved due to the firm's inaction. This starkly contrasting feedback makes it challenging to definitively state the firm's areas of specialization or typical client outcomes. It is possible that the firm handles personal injury cases, given the context of the negative review, but the experience described raises significant concerns about their handling of such matters, at least in this particular instance.
Given the limited and conflicting information, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive list of services offered by Feinstein & Feinstein. Based on the reviews, potential areas of practice might include:
- Personal Injury Law (as indicated by the negative review)
- Potentially other areas where "strong representation" is valued (as suggested by the positive review)
It is essential for local users considering Feinstein & Feinstein to conduct thorough due diligence and directly inquire about their specific areas of expertise and experience relevant to their legal needs. The significant discrepancy in client experiences necessitates a cautious approach.
Features of Feinstein & Feinstein, as perceived through the lens of the customer reviews, present a mixed picture. On one hand, Mr. Feinstein is described as knowledgeable and a strong individual, suggesting potential competence and advocacy skills. The positive mention of the front office staff, particularly Miss Daisy's helpfulness, indicates a potentially welcoming and supportive administrative aspect of the practice. However, the serious allegations of incompetence, lack of communication, and prolonged inaction in the negative review raise significant concerns about the firm's overall professionalism and client management.
Without further information, it is impossible to ascertain specific features that might distinguish Feinstein & Feinstein positively. The conflicting feedback necessitates that potential clients prioritize direct communication and seek detailed information about the firm's processes, communication protocols, and track record in cases similar to their own.
Regarding promotional information, there is no such data available in the provided context. Law firms often promote themselves based on their success rates, specific areas of expertise, years of experience, or unique client service models. In the absence of such information for Feinstein & Feinstein, local users should focus on gathering information about their services and client experiences through direct inquiry and potentially by seeking additional references or reviews from other sources, if available.
In conclusion, Feinstein & Feinstein is a law office located in the Adams Express Building in New York City's Financial District. The limited information available includes starkly contrasting client reviews. One review praises Mr. Feinstein's capabilities and the helpfulness of the front office staff, while another details a severely negative experience involving a personal injury case that allegedly remained unresolved for six years due to the firm's inaction. For local users on the Nearby Lawyers platform, this mixed feedback underscores the importance of proceeding with caution and conducting thorough personal research before engaging their services. Direct communication with the firm to discuss your specific legal needs, their relevant experience, and their client service practices is strongly recommended. Exploring alternative legal representation in New York City may also be a prudent step to ensure you receive competent and professional legal assistance.
