Mark Daniels is a great lawyer I have five felonies and came to him with a third degree felony charge, at first I was apprehensive but I let him do his thing and when it was time to go to court he got the felony waived and I plead to a misdemeanor no time no probation 270 fine and done. If you have the money this is your lawyer. You get what you pay for.

This review is coming from me, a client in 2014, with a DWI charge. Mr. Daniel did nothing for me. He awarded me 90 days community service and paid over $17K for a first offense. As a son of a District Attorney I have no respect for Mark's results, although he is a seemingly nice man. A little more background about me: I worked over 20 years as a defense contractor with security clearance, in the aerospace industry. I'm not denying that I was guilty, however, OnStar called the authorities after I curbed my car having fun in a completely undeveloped (there were no houses within 50 yards) neighborhood. The police found me at my friends house after I was going back to get my trailer to haul away my mistake. Again, my fault and I paid my debt...If I decide to go to law school, which I have considered numerous times because of the amount of fake lawyers, I would not treat you like I was treated. Best regards and luck. Wes
