Do not hire this attorney! He is completely worthless. He was hired to defend my son and didn't even argue anything. He did the absolute bear minimum. All the while stating that my son's case was going to be easy, that the evidence against him was not enough for a conviction but lost anyways. If you have been assigned him by the court ,fire him immediately and get another attorney. If your in the market for a good attorney do not hire this guy, especially if your a person of color.

William Biggs is an amazing attorney! It is almost impossible to find an attorney who not only knows what they are doing but who also genuinely cares about their clients and William does both. He works extremely hard and will fight to get positive results at a reasonable price. I highly recommend William Biggs to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and hard working attorney! You will not regret hiring him!

William Biggs is an extraordinary attorney. He was more than understanding with my situation that led me to his office in the first place. He was extremely thorough when explaining to me the possible outcomes of my case. From day one, he was completely transparent about the court hearing process and addressed all of my concerns which alleviated a significant amount of stress. During our initial meeting, Mr. Biggs told me very specifically the steps I would need to take and the tasks I had to complete in order for my charge to result in the best possible outcome; deferred adjudication. Which he did! Thank you Mr. Biggs for ALL that you done!

Me being honest, I was concerned about being assigned a court appointed attorney while in custody since I wasn’t fully aware of the difference between state and federal court at the time. I wasn’t very comfortable on account of the situation I was facing. To my surprise Mr Biggs was very experienced, professional and great overall. He had very little time to look over my case as being called in literally, last minute. My case was very unique and difficult to deal with yet Mr Biggs handled everything more than I could have even hoped for. He never looked worried, assured me that I would be ok and got me out no problem. I definitely recommended Mr Biggs’ services to anyone seeking legal help.

Mr. Biggs did an amazing job on my case. He was always very informative about everything and quick to respond with any questions I had. He is caring and compassionate, which went a long way in my case. Highly recommend him.

This dual certification means he is recognized by the State Bar of Texas as a specialist or expert in both criminal defense and criminal appeals, demonstrating advanced knowledge, experience, and peer respect.
- Extensive Federal Public Defender Experience: Prior to private practice, he spent six years as a Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Texas, serving as both an appellate attorney and a trial attorney. This provides him with unique insight into federal prosecution strategies and appellate procedures, which is invaluable for clients facing federal charges.

However, it is also important to address the provided negative review, which states, "Do not hire this attorney! He is completely worthless... didn't even argue anything. He did the absolute bear minimum... but lost anyways. If you have been assigned him by the court, fire him immediately and get another attorney. If your in the market for a good attorney do not hire this guy, especially if your a person of color." This highly critical review contradicts the positive feedback and raises serious concerns about client satisfaction and perceived effectiveness, particularly regarding court-appointed cases and potentially racial bias. Potential clients should consider this contrasting feedback carefully and discuss it directly during any consultation.
