However, the provided customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the firm's client service and case handling.
**Customer Reviews:** The two customer reviews are both overwhelmingly negative and raise serious issues about the firm's practices. One reviewer states that Catherine was supposed to work on their mother's case, involving themselves, their mother, and a charity assisting with document gathering. The review alleges that the firm did not take any action and instead blamed the reviewer for being rude. The reviewer also claims that Ms. Chan did not apologize and indicated a preference to terminate the representation, advising others not to do business with the firm.
The second review echoes similar sentiments, calling Catherine a "bad attorney" who allegedly failed to handle a simple Adjustment of Status (AOS) case effectively. This reviewer also claims to have been blamed for being rude when the fault allegedly lay with Ms. Chan's inaction. They express frustration at being asked to resubmit documents that had already taken considerable time and effort to obtain, labeling the law firm as "HORRIBLE."
These reviews, while limited in number, present serious allegations of inaction, miscommunication, and poor client service. They suggest potential issues with case management, client communication, and professional responsibility. While it is important to consider that these are individual experiences and may not represent the entirety of the firm's practice, they should not be disregarded. Potential clients should carefully consider these reviews alongside any other information they may gather.
**Promotional Information:** Given the severely negative reviews, it is challenging to suggest positive promotional angles based solely on the provided data. Objectively, any promotional efforts should be viewed with caution in light of the serious allegations made by former clients. If the firm were to engage in promotional activities, they would likely focus on Ms. Chan's specialization in the complex intersection of criminal and immigration law, emphasizing the critical need for such expertise. They might highlight her understanding of the potential immigration consequences of criminal charges and her commitment to defending the rights of non-citizens in the legal system.
However, potential clients would be well-advised to conduct thorough due diligence, seek additional reviews or references if available, and carefully consider the negative feedback before engaging the services of Catherine A. Chan - Criminal Immigration Lawyer.
In conclusion, Catherine A. Chan - Criminal Immigration Lawyer in Denver specializes in a critical and complex area of law. While her expertise in the intersection of criminal and immigration law could be valuable for individuals facing related legal challenges, the two provided customer reviews raise significant concerns about the firm's client service and case handling. Local users seeking legal assistance in this field should carefully consider this feedback and conduct thorough research before making a decision. Contacting the firm directly to discuss their specific situation and understand their approach to client service would be a prudent step.

Would not recommend this law firm as Catherine was suppoused to work on my mothers case and made myself my mother and the charity that was helping us gather documents for them and they did not do anything for us but simply blamed me for being rude when they were the one's at fault. She did not even apologize for anything and instead said she would rather let us go. Please don't do business with this law firm.
Catherine is a bad attorney and can't even do a simple AOS and then blames me for being rude when she was the one who did not do anything for us and expects us to just give her all the documents AGAIN when it took us alot of time effort and energy to get them. HORRIBLE LAW FIRM
Catherine helped us with two immigration cases, a citizenship application and an adjustment of status. She's professional, friendly and supportive, with a wonderful staff behind her. I can't recommend her services enough!
Catherine Chan is very money hungry. She overcharges clients and takes advantage of people. Catherine charged me a lot of money for a simple case and yet she was not able to get my application approved. Catherine charged another friend of mine 8k for a very simple case again. my friend found out later that other artiness were asking only 2500. be careful with this woman. i say find another attorney to help you. she is a not a good attorney with her representation.
Catherine is an absolutely brilliant attorney. She is fearless, and known among the immigration lawyers in Colorado as one of the very elites. I send her cases all the time, and call her often to discuss complicated legal strategies. I recommend her highly.
