The communication at this place is not great. Paperwork was submitted when they got the paperwork back there was no communication of that then it seemed too long to me so I called that's when I found out they resubmitted the paperwork but I was not informed of that. I was the one that had to call to find out if the paperwork was in yet. The bottom line is, I'm not sure if the assistant or the staff or the lawyer are not on top of things but my experience was not great with them.

Using Jacob was one of the best investments of my life. He handled two criminal cases for me and was able to get the outcomes I was hoping for.
