I hired Mr. Kuhn to help me in my divorce case in 2020. I would not recommend him to women seeking a divorce. I never knew what was happening next. He flew by the seat of his pants. After 1 1/2 years of working with him, I left to work with a very capable female attorney & the difference was like night & day. I believe I wasted a lot of money on him. He is condescending & does not do his homework. Beware!

Brent has been a huge asset in getting me what is fair and reasonable. He has dought for me all the way to the Nebraska Supreme Court and won. His attention to detail and directing me on how I should act has made me a person. He genuinely cares about the client more than dragging out the process for personal financial gain. He fights and doesn't loose because he knows the law and what is morally fair for both sides. I have recommended him to a few friends as well.

Do not use this guy. He will convince you that he is on your side and he works for you before you hire him but after all that changes. He sides with the opposing side. When you try to follow the court order he will get mad if you don't bend over for whatever the opposing side want and withdraw. This is from countless efforts in advance telling him this would happen if he didn't do something. He didn't care. Especially about black fathers trying to be with their kids when the mother is white. He was still on the mother's side even though he worked for me. Even though everyone knew I had to work Thanksgiving day they all including Brent tried to force me to take a time I couldn't. Ended up not getting any time on Thanksgiving nor my scheduled parenting time. This was Amanda Schuman 3rd time violating the court order after she was found guilty in court for contempt in Oct last time was Dec. 7th . Brent wouldn't file a contempt on either of the other 3. I even went with the cops and the court order and they didn't willfully didn't follow the order. Now I'm not getting time with my kids for Christmas. Leave this crook, Brent Kuhn alone
