  • ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CONSIDER THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANY LEVEL OF REPRESENTATION. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! This law firm is a complete joke, and an utter waste of time. I was referred to this law firm for representation by some friends, who are also business owners. I hired an attorney from GWMC to file civil litigation charges against another individual. After almost two years, I realized that I, as the client, was the one who was constantly reaching out to my attorney for updates. I would go as long as two weeks before receiving any level of response. From my perspective, my attorney was not taking steps that I had specifically requested, and, in my opinion, failed to clearly disclose/communicate what certain steps would cost or entail. Eventually, I received a notice that my attorney was leaving the firm because he apparently “no longer wished to practice law.” I started speaking with other law firms for potential representation – these firms expressed surprise that the attorney who was representing me was not taking certain steps (ie, depositions), or filing certain motions, as part of the case. During this time, I was also reaching out to GWMC to determine who was going to be assigned as my new case attorney. Over a two-week period, I e-mailed their office no less than 4 times, called twice – it was not until I threatened to take the case to a new firm that I finally got a call back. I received a call from Fritz Stehlik who apologized that I was receiving “less than stellar” service, he assured me that the firm valued me as a client, and that the firm would “take care” of me. Fritz said he needed three days to review my case and that I would get a call the following Thursday. **It wasn’t until the following Monday** that I received a call where he essentially stated that he was going to withdraw a motion that my previous attorney at his firm filed. Keep in mind, THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE MY COURT DATE. What!? Per Fritz, “I have over 30 years practicing law,” but Fritz can’t be bothered to take five minutes to call me by a date he promised he would? Not even a brief note explaining that he needed more time? Where is the professional courtesy at all?? Then, at that court hearing, Fritz withdrew the motion that my previous attorney filed several months ago because, per Fritz, “That was poor judgement on [the previous attorney’s name] part. He probably should not have done that – I would not have advised you to do that, but perhaps something different.” Fritz was very clear when he stated, “Your previous attorney at the firm apparently no longer wishes to practice law. Apparently, he is switching to a career in marketing.” Is that why this attorney is now working at another firm as an attorney? That math doesn’t seem to math… When I indicated to Fritz that I was extremely frustrated with how poorly GWMC was seemingly handling this case, more specifically, the transition of attorneys at their firm, and the poor communication, Fritz deflected and kept stating, “It’s not our fault that the judges are so behind. It’s frustrating, but there is nothing we can do.” Fritz then suggested that I simply pick up the case materials from his office and find another lawyer stating, “I don’t have time to handle this case.” His entire reason for wanting to drop the case was nothing more than, “I don’t have time for the case.” Fritz, yes, I am frustrated that the court is taking a long time to review the case. But I am actually angry, and disappointed, at your firm’s apparent lack of follow-through, your firm’s apparent lack of commitment to their clients, your firm’s apparent lack of communication within your own firm, and your firm’s seemingly high level of indifference for me and my case. Fritz himself is, in my opinion, a rude, condescending individual who seems otherwise incapable of taking any level of accountability for anything. This firm is a complete embarrassment.
  • eventhough kristina did a good job bring me to the audience, I still not able to communicate with my daugher. she still have not got back to me on when am I going to be able to communicate with and visit my daugher , as I have already gone to the audience on april 4th, 2024.
  • I worked with Margaret Mark on my divorce and custody cases. Margaret is always professional and reliable. I'm always most impressed with her honesty. She sets realistic expectations and is a great advocate for her clients.
  • Zach Lutz-Priefert at Gross & Welch has helped us with our power of attorney and will. He's also assisted with business contracts that we've needed. He's timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!
  • Andrew Wilson is very professional and doesn't sugarcoat anything. He communicates the details and options available. Communication throughout the legal process. The firm is a bit pricey but I am glad he works for me and not them.

One отзыв strongly advises against considering the firm for any level of representation, labeling it an "absolute disgrace" and a "complete embarrassment." This detailed feedback outlines several significant concerns:

  • Lack of Communication and Follow-Through: The client reported consistently needing to reach out for updates, with long delays in receiving responses.
  • Questionable Case Management: Concerns were raised about the attorney not taking specifically requested steps, such as depositions or filing certain motions.
  • Issues with Attorney Transition: The departure of the initial attorney and the subsequent handling of the case by a new attorney, Fritz Stehlik, were described as poorly managed, with a lack of communication.
  • Withdrawal of Motion Before Court Date: The new attorney withdrew a previously filed motion the day before the court hearing, which the client found highly problematic.

  • Concerns About Attorney's Departure Reason: Discrepancies were noted regarding the stated reason for the initial attorney's departure from the firm.

Another отзыв, while brief, also expresses dissatisfaction, stating that the law firm is a "complete joke" and an "utter waste of time," stemming from a referral for civil litigation.

In contrast, a third, shorter отзыв mentions Kristina doing a "good job" in bringing the client to an audience, seemingly related to a family law matter, although it also expresses ongoing frustration about communication and visitation with the client's daughter.
