Tom was difficult to work with. He was emailed a list of documents requested and said he never got them, didn’t respond. Then said the whole bankruptcy process could be done through email and snail mail, wasn’t willing to meet a client in person. Can’t do business by email if you can’t get the emails. Very upsetting, lots of time wasted. Also more expensive than others.
