Services Offered:
The provided customer review offers insight into one client's experience with William Bierce regarding a business dispute. The review mentions a pro-rated consultation offered through the NY Bar, suggesting that the firm may be involved in bar association programs. The case involved a business dispute with a partner, and the services rendered included phone calls, meetings at the office, and the drafting of a demand letter. However, the review also notes that the demand letter was deemed inappropriate and never sent. This single review does not provide a comprehensive overview of all the legal services offered by Bierce & Kenerson PC. To understand the full scope of their practice areas, such as corporate law, contract disputes, intellectual property, real estate, or other legal fields, it is essential to contact the firm directly using the provided phone numbers: (212) 840-0080 or mobile +1 212-840-0080.

Features and Strengths:
The single customer review provides a detailed account of one client's experience, which presents both potential insights and cautionary points:
- Initial Consultation Offering: The mention of a pro-rated 30-minute consultation through the NY Bar could be seen as a feature allowing potential clients to have an initial discussion at a reduced cost.
However, the overall experience described in the review raises concerns regarding:
- Effectiveness of Services: The client paid a significant retainer and subsequent fees for services that ultimately did not result in the intended outcome (the demand letter was never sent).
- Billing Practices: The client questioned the initial invoice amount, leading to a discount offered by the firm. This suggests potential issues with billing transparency or the perceived value of the services rendered.
- Client-Attorney Relationship: The attorney resigned as counsel after the client questioned the strategy and the drafted document, indicating a potential breakdown in communication or trust.
- Responsiveness to Concerns: The update to the review mentions an offer to return 50% of the fees in exchange for removing the post, which was declined by the client who requested a full refund and reportedly did not hear back. This raises questions about the firm's approach to resolving client grievances.
Given this detailed negative review, potential local users are strongly advised to consider this feedback carefully and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging Bierce & Kenerson PC for legal services.

I recently hired William Bierce for a business dispute I had with my business partner. I found out about his services through the NY Bar which offered a pro-rated 30 minute consultation ($35). I met with William Bierce for the 30 minute consultation which he held over his lunch. During the consultation William said all the things I wanted to hear and charged me a retainer of $4250. Long story short, after a few phone calls, and meeting him at his office several times during his lunch break, he composed one Demand Letter that was not appropriate to send to my business partner as William and I both felt it would not yield the result I wanted, therefore the letter was never sent to my business partner. William billed me $5700 for this service which William then offered a discount to $5000 after me questioning the invoice. William then decided to resign as my council after I questioned whether or not the demand letter he composed was within the strategy he initially outlined. Moral of the story is I paid $5000 for a few phone calls and an improper drafted letter that was never sent. I would not recommend Bierce and Kenerson PC to anyone having a business dispute with their business partner. Bierce and Kenerson PD only wants your money! Update Bierce contacted me and offered to return 50% of the money I paid to remove this post. I asked for the full amount to be returned and never heard back.
