This Attorney is a joke! I consulted him about an Eviction Proceedings against me and he was really condescending. Firstly, he stated that my Landlord can still evict me even if I come up with my past due rent before the court hearing which was contrary to what another Attorney in the area advised me upon as well as the law in Virginia. As long as you can cure an outstanding balance a judge will allow you to stay since the reason for the Unlawful Retainer was about unpaid rent. I hope he sees this and does better with his client. He even belittled me by stating that since I don't have money for the my Landlord I definitely do not have money to pay him-such an unprofessional fellow! The prejudice and belittling was unbelievable during my phone conversation with this guy! I know most lawyers are arrogant but this guy leads them in that category! I do not recommend him at all.

I'm sharing my earlier review since I've had work done at a few of their office locations. These guys are great! I've used Bergstrom Attorneys' a few times and am not only impressed by the variety of legal services offered, but also the variety of services they offer COMPETENTLY! Many law firms would be happy to start from scratch and go outside of their specialty (and bill you to redesign the wheel in the mean time!), but Bergstrom Attorneys seem to have an attorney in one of their offices that are actually ready to go to work on day one. A few years ago they helped me create a revocable trust for estate planning purposes. I ended up with a much nicer "product" than expected and was impressed by their interest to make sure they were covering all the bases. After seeing the results, it makes printing legal documents from Quicken feel like you just changed the oil on your car with Crisco. Get it done properly! Most recently they helped me set up a small business. I've seen LLC and corporation documents before and pretty well knew what to expect. I was once again impressed by their interest in not just getting the job done, but also making sure that it was set up in a fashion that will keep up with what I may do in the future. They asked questions I would have never considered needed to be addressed and I received an end-product much nicer and more effective than imagined. Minimizing risk, employee integration, and isolating liability to protect me and my family were all big concerns, and were all addressed thoroughly. Highly recommend!

The staff at Bergstrom were very professional and efficient. We obtained services which were paid by our employer which I was worried would mean our level of service would be worse or lower priority. This couldn't have been less the case. They were extremely prompt (and diligent). Would definitely use again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I recently used their services for Estate planning, including a Trust. From start to finish, the entire process was Professionally handled. Very respectful of my privacy, and concerns and promptly answered question both during and after the process. I don't often need such services, but I felt that the cost was competitive and affordable, and worth every penny! I would recommend to friends and family without reservations! GREAT JOB!

Very professional and knowledgeable and passed on that knowledge regarding wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Provided advice and serviced our end of life needs and desires efficiently. We feel more secure in our young children's future now.
