Bardmesser Law Group PC Introduce

bardmesser

For local users in Washington, D.C., seeking legal assistance with trademark registration within the 'Nearby Lawyers' platform category, we present an introduction to Bardmesser Law Group PC, situated at 1025 Connecticut Ave NW #1000, Washington, DC 20036, USA. Located in a commercial area of the city, the firm's address suggests a professional office environment. However, the sole available online review provides a critical perspective on the firm's trademark registration services, which potential clients should carefully consider.

The physical environment of Bardmesser Law Group PC, located in a suite on Connecticut Avenue NW, likely offers a standard professional office setting. While specific details about the office's ambiance or facilities are unavailable, one would generally expect a reception area, private meeting rooms for client consultations, and administrative workspaces. However, the functionality and client service aspects appear to be areas of concern based on the available feedback.

Based on the single customer review, Bardmesser Law Group PC offers trademark registration services, at least within one class. The client explicitly states paying the firm $1000 for this service for the trademark "Relax Bay." However, the experience described raises significant concerns regarding the quality and professionalism of these services. The review alleges that the lawyer made two mistakes during the registration process, which required correction by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) without any additional fees payable to the USPTO itself.

The primary feature highlighted in the review is a significant point of contention between the client and the firm. The client claims that the lawyer unlawfully demanded an additional $400 to correct the mistakes that the lawyer allegedly made. Furthermore, the review states that the lawyer refused to complete the trademark registration until this additional $400 was paid. This demand for extra payment to rectify what the client perceives as the firm's own errors is a serious issue that potential clients should be aware of.

Another feature, from the client's perspective, is the firm's alleged uncooperative stance in resolving the dispute. The client reports refusing to pay the additional $400, arguing that the mistakes were not their responsibility. In response, the client requested a refund of the initial $1000 for the "outstanding work" and sought the opportunity to complete the registration with another lawyer if Bardmesser Law Group PC was unwilling to finish the registration without the extra payment. The review implies that the firm was unresponsive to this request.

Given the nature of the single available review, it is challenging to identify positive promotional aspects of Bardmesser Law Group PC. The review serves more as a cautionary note for potential clients seeking trademark registration services. The issues raised, including alleged errors during the registration process and a demand for additional payment to correct those errors, are significant concerns that could deter prospective clients.

For local users in Washington, D.C., considering Bardmesser Law Group PC for trademark registration or other legal services within the 'Nearby Lawyers' platform category, it is crucial to approach this firm with caution. The single available review presents a serious allegation of unprofessional conduct and billing disputes. While one review may not represent the entirety of a firm's practice, it warrants careful consideration and further investigation by potential clients.

Before engaging Bardmesser Law Group PC for any legal services, individuals should conduct thorough due diligence. This could include attempting to find additional reviews or testimonials from other clients through various online platforms or by seeking references. It would also be prudent to contact the firm directly to discuss their trademark registration process, their fees, and their policies regarding errors or issues that may arise during the registration. Asking specific questions about their experience with trademark law and their approach to client service is highly recommended.

Given the serious nature of the allegations in the available review, potential clients might also consider seeking advice from other trademark lawyers in the Washington, D.C. area to compare services, fees, and client experiences. Exploring alternative options within the 'Nearby Lawyers' platform could provide a broader perspective and potentially identify firms with more consistently positive client feedback. It is essential to choose a legal representative who is not only knowledgeable but also operates with transparency and integrity in their client dealings.

In conclusion, Bardmesser Law Group PC, located in Washington, D.C., offers trademark registration services. However, a significant concern has been raised by a client regarding alleged errors during the registration process and a demand for additional payment to correct those errors. Local users considering this firm for legal services should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence, including seeking additional client feedback and directly discussing their concerns with the firm before making a decision. The information currently available suggests a potential risk that prospective clients should carefully evaluate.

BEWARE I paid a law firm Bardmesser Law Group $1000 to register a trademark Relax Bay in one class. The lawyer made 2 mistakes during registration, which USPTO said to correct without any additional payment to USPTO. He unlawfully demands an additional $400 from me to correct his mistakes and refuses to complete the trademark registration until I pay the additional $400. I refused to pay this amount because it's not my mistake. I ask him to return the $1000 back as a refund for the outstanding work and give me the opportunity to complete the registration with another lawyer if he refuses this work or finish registration.
