DiPietro Law Group, PLLC operates within the legal services sector in Washington, D.C. The address places the firm in a prominent commercial and legal district. However, it is crucial to note that the available online reviews present serious allegations of unprofessional and unethical conduct against a former attorney associated with this firm, named Daniel Gross. These reviews detail deeply concerning experiences that potential clients should carefully consider.
One review states that Daniel Gross was hired to represent the client but was "extremely unprofessional and unethical," leading to the termination of his services. The client further alleges that the termination was due to "unethical behavior unfitting of a qualified attorney."
The review raises significant concerns about a potential conflict of interest. It is alleged that Thomas E. Lester, the attorney representing the opposing party, was a close friend and shared an office with Daniel Gross, a fact that was reportedly not disclosed until the client questioned the relationship. This lack of transparency regarding a potential conflict of interest is a serious ethical concern for any legal representation.
Furthermore, the review details a critical failure in communication. It is alleged that Daniel Gross did not promptly inform the client about the time and place of a court-ordered arbitration, withholding this information until specifically pressed for details. The client emphasizes that it is an attorney's fundamental responsibility to pass along all court-produced documents to their client in a timely manner, and the alleged delay in providing arbitration details represents a significant failure in this duty.
The allegations escalate to include extremely concerning actions regarding the arbitration itself. The client states that Daniel Gross and the opposing party's attorney allegedly decided, without the client's knowledge or consent, not to appear for the scheduled arbitration, despite Daniel Gross being hired to represent the client throughout the entire lawsuit. The client describes this as a "seriously unethical action that has no legal or moral justification."
Adding to these serious allegations, the client reports being informed that Daniel Gross and the opposing party's attorney had agreed upon settlement terms before the arbitration even took place. This raises questions about whether the client's best interests were being represented.
The client's experience during the arbitration is described as being "blindsided." The opposing party reportedly requested more than what was allegedly agreed upon prior to the arbitration, and Daniel Gross purportedly failed to offer any alternative suggestions or advocate for his client's interests in response to these new demands. This account strongly suggests a failure in representation during a critical stage of the legal process.
The client concludes by stating that it became apparent that the opposing party's attorney had influenced Daniel Gross to not properly represent the client during the arbitration, allegedly to benefit the opposing attorney's client. The review characterizes Daniel Gross as an "unprofessional and immoral attorney who was willing to harm his client psychologically, in order to help his friend, who represented the opposing party."
In addition to the grave concerns regarding ethical conduct and representation, the review also includes an allegation of financial impropriety, stating that "This Law Firm misrepresented all of their billing and client costs." This further compounds the negative portrayal of the client's experience with the firm.
Based on this detailed and highly critical review, the client explicitly states, "I would not recommend them to any potential clients."
Given the severity of the allegations presented in this publicly available review, any potential clients considering DiPietro Law Group, PLLC should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It is essential to seek further information, possibly from other sources or by directly engaging with the firm to understand their response to these serious accusations and to assess their current practices and professional standards.
The environment of DiPietro Law Group, PLLC, while located in a reputable legal district, is significantly overshadowed by the serious ethical and professional concerns raised in the available review. Potential clients should prioritize investigating the firm's current ethical standing and commitment to professional conduct over the perceived prestige of their location.
Features that might typically be associated with a law firm in this area, such as accessibility and a professional setting, are rendered less relevant given the grave nature of the client's allegations. The primary focus for potential clients should be on addressing the concerns raised about the firm's integrity and client representation.
In terms of promotional information, the severely negative review effectively negates any positive promotional aspects that might otherwise be considered. The allegations of unethical behavior, misrepresentation, and failure to represent a client's best interests are the dominant factors that potential clients must consider.

This firm employs an attorney named Daniel Gross, was hired to represent me as an attorney and was extremely unprofessional and unethical which resulted in his services being terminated. The reason that the attorney was terminated was due to unethical behavior unfitting of a qualified attorney. The attorney representing the opposing party, whose name is Thomas E. Lester happened to be a close friend of the attorney representing me and until questioned would not reveal that he shared an office with the opposing party’s attorney. Daniel Gross chose not to pass along information regarding the time and place that a court ordered arbitration would occur until pressed for details regarding when the arbitration would take place. It is an attorney’s responsibility to pass along all documents produced by the court to their client by not immediately passing along the document regarding the arbitration to his client, Daniel Gross failed to fulfill do what is required by his profession. Daniel Gross and the opposing party’s attorney decided, without my knowledge or consent, to not appear when the arbitration was scheduled to be held despite the attorney being hired to represent me throughout the entirety of the lawsuit. This is a seriously unethical action that has no legal or moral justification. It was communicated to me that Daniel Gross and the opposing party’s attorney agreed upon settlement terms before the arbitration took place. However, I was blindsided during the arbitration as the opposing party’s requested more than was previously agreed upon prior to the arbitration and Daniel Gross failed to offer an alternative suggestion to any of the demands delivered by the opposing party’s attorney. It became apparent that opposing party’s attorney had gotten Daniel Gross to agree not to properly represent me during the arbitration, in order to ensure that the opposing attorney’s client would have the best chance to get what he wanted during the arbitration. Daniel Gross is an unprofessional and immoral attorney who was willing to harm his client psychologically, in order to help his friend, who represented the opposing party.
This Law Firm misrepresented all of their billing and client costs. I would not recommend them to any potential clients.
