Mr. Weed went above and beyond with assisting me to obtain very important documents. His work ethic and follow up is second to none and he values each of his clients. He will be top of mind for any referrals that come my way!
Mr. Weed and his office made a painful process less troublesome. He reviewed my case and then directed a course of action. I was able to get my bankruptcy completed in a timely fashion - all I had to do was follow Mr. Weed's instructions. Then during the meeting with the Trustee, it was clear to me that Mr. Weed and his office enjoy a solid reputation with the Trustee office. I highly recommend that, if you have to file bankruptcy, work with Mr. Weed and his staff!
Robert Weed and his amazing staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my BK process had the minimum amount of stress possible. Nobody wants to be in this position, but if it ever happens, it is important to know that there are people who care and are willing to be there for you no matter the circumstances. Thank you Robert Weed and team, you have exceeded my expectations.
My name is Laura Hewitt Ackley and I have used the Law Offices of Robert Weed twice. the first time was in 2005 when I first me my husband who is a former client of Mr. Weeds He suggested that I go and see Robert Weed and I ended up filing my first Bankruptcy. I was very nervous and his office went over everything clearly and when I left the Bankruptcy court I felt--RELIEVED. I never though that I would be filing Bankruptcy a second time but because of a lot of things happening I ended up filing again. I knew that the Bankruptcy laws had changes since my first bankruptcy so I did not know if I could file again because only 8 years had gone by. Mr. Weed's office was really accommodating and even when my parents wanted to speak to Mr. Weed to see if they approve of my choice in Lawyer he agreed to meet with them in his Alexandria (For a small fee of course!) They had a bunch of questions but he was polite and eased their minds. Mr. Weeds office sent the paper work to me and explained the changes in the Bankruptcy Law and now I had to take classes before filing and going to court. His office staff made sure that I filled out the paper work and kindly reminded me via email to take the classes ASAP so that their was no delays in the process. While this is going on Mr. Weed is Suing Mr. Drinkwater's firm on my behalf to get the money that was garnished form my paycheck. This is currently on-going and I am confident if there is any way to get my money back he will. When the Court date came around he was their and supported me all the way through the process...this time I was also relieved but not surprised because I know what great work he does. If Mr. Weed things a creditor is trying to take advantage of you--we will Fight--for as long as it takes. If he thinks he is right he will keep going until her prevails. His fees are a little high but well worth it considering all the paper work and changes to the Bankruptcy laws. When you retain Robert Weed as your attourney you can rest assured you are getting an Attourney as well as his staff who will work with you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LAW OFFICE OF ROBERT WEED TO REPRESENT YOU IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY!
They did a great Job!! the process was smooth and easy. The whole entire staff works with you and will answer all questions at any time. They also sent me reminders of dates and when things needed to be turned in. Again thanks for helping me start my new life.
