From day one they took care of me . They worked very hard on my worker’s compensation case making sure I was getting the treatment I needed and receiving my benefits to survive while I was recovering. They also won my personal injury case. My personal injury case was settled to my satisfaction and to my best interest. I highly recommend this firm to help you when you need it most!!! My Attorney for my worker’s compensation case was Benjamin Douglas My Attorney for my personal injury case was Stephen Gensemer. Steve is DEFINITELY on the “ A “ TEAM He called me and gave me his personal number and worked on my case while he was on vacation with his family in Hawaii, I have pictures to prove it. Zero legal council provided. When jobs insurance refused to provide promised transportation to the doctor appt. Ashcraft & Gerel said "that's your problem" Primary hand injury just not important if you are a female. Males with non primary hand injuries win awards. Losing my home now. They will not fight for you. THEY ARE LAZY AND REFUSE TO PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING OR ON VOICEMAIL. Owner replied...they were not the right fit....so I go homeless ?

The worst experience I’ve ever had with legal counsel. This is actually a -0 star rating. They took my case in July. It’s now leading into April and I’ve only spoken to my attorney twice. I’ve absolutely contacted and tried to speak with her more than twice but she either never follows up, sends an email instead or has the paralegal Liliana call me. Very frustrating process! I feel out of the loop, I don’t feel important in my own case and not being able to contact someone is unprofessional. I’ve had to reach out to HR to get this office to contact me and respond to my phone calls and emails. The attorney will tell you one thing and do another and not follow up. Not keeping me in the loop and doesn’t respond when I ask for an update. It’s never went like this in the past with any other legal counsel. This was the worst referral EVER!

The worst experience ever!!! I usually don’t take the time to write a review but I would say this I have never in my life experienced rude behavior from an attorney up until now. Never ever choose them from experience. Rude, not helpful, will not answer your calls until a week later only for them to show you tone for not doing their job. Disappointed. Regret going with them.

Coming from a background in transportation, commercial real estate, and government defense contracts and devastated by the pandemic, I ended up in a car accident and didn’t know where to turn.
