Ying Hui He Law Office Introduce

For individuals and businesses in New York City seeking legal counsel, the "Nearby Lawyers" platform offers a directory of local legal professionals. Among these is Ying Hui He Law Office, located at 139 Centre St STE 812, New York, NY 10013, USA. Situated in a central area of Manhattan, this address suggests accessibility for clients seeking in-person consultations and legal support within the borough. The office's location could provide convenience for those working or residing in Lower Manhattan.

Based on the available customer reviews, Ying Hui He Law Office appears to handle legal matters related to real estate, specifically the transfer of property to a trust, and immigration law, particularly green card applications. However, the experiences reported by clients vary significantly, indicating a range of potential service quality or client interactions.

One customer recounted a highly negative experience in September 2024 regarding the transfer of a property to a trust. This individual described several "incredibly frustrating" phone interactions with the attorney. A primary reason for initially contacting the office was the claim of accepting the client's company legal plan. However, the review details significant issues with communication skills, labeling them as "extremely lacking and unprofessional." A specific concern was a request for the client's social security number via email during the first conversation. Furthermore, the reviewer stated that inquiries about the handling of their case were met with defensiveness, ultimately leading to a suggestion from the attorney to seek other legal counsel. Based on this experience, the reviewer strongly advised against using the services of Ying Hui He Law Office.

In contrast, another customer reported a "great" experience with Ying Hui He Law Office, finding everyone at the firm to be "professional and responsive" to their questions and concerns. This positive review highlights their experience with a green card application. The client noted that they were able to submit their application successfully on the first attempt, attributing this to the "comprehensive list of documents and information" provided by the Law Office. The timeline shared indicates efficient processing, with the documents submitted in the first quarter of a specific year and the green card received in the third quarter of the same year. This positive feedback concludes with a strong recommendation and an indication of future use of the firm's services.

The stark contrast between these two reviews makes it challenging to definitively characterize the typical client experience at Ying Hui He Law Office. While one client highlights significant communication and professionalism issues in a real estate-related matter, another praises the professionalism and responsiveness in an immigration case. This discrepancy suggests that the quality of service or client interaction might vary depending on the specific legal matter or individual circumstances.

Given the limited information about the firm's environment, we can only infer a professional office setting based on the Manhattan address. The suite number indicates that the office is likely part of a larger commercial building housing multiple businesses. Without further details or visuals, it is not possible to describe the specific ambiance or resources of the office space.

Similarly, promotional information is absent from the provided reviews. There is no mention of consultation fees, specific pricing structures for different legal services, or any unique offerings intended to attract clients. Prospective clients would need to directly inquire with Ying Hui He Law Office to obtain this information.

For local users in New York City considering Ying Hui He Law Office for their legal needs, it is crucial to weigh the contrasting experiences reported in the available reviews. Individuals interested in real estate matters, particularly trust transfers, should be mindful of the negative communication experience described by one client. Conversely, those with immigration needs, especially green card applications, might find the positive experience of another client encouraging. Given these differing accounts, it would be prudent for potential clients to conduct their own due diligence. Contacting the office directly at (212) 226-4481 or +1 212-226-4481 to discuss their specific legal needs, inquire about the firm's experience in the relevant area of law, and understand their communication practices would be a necessary step.

In conclusion, Ying Hui He Law Office in New York City appears to handle legal matters related to real estate (trust transfers) and immigration (green card applications). However, customer reviews present significantly different experiences, with one highlighting serious concerns about communication and professionalism, while another praises the firm's professionalism and effectiveness in an immigration case. Local users should consider these contrasting perspectives and directly engage with Ying Hui He Law Office to determine if their services align with their specific legal requirements and expectations regarding communication and client service.

In September 2024, I had several phone interactions with this attorney regarding the transfer of a property to a trust, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. The only reason I reached out to her initially was because she claimed she would accept our company’s legal plan. Her communication skills were extremely lacking and unprofessional. During our first conversation, she asked me to email her my social security number. Each time I asked questions about how she planned to handle my case, she became defensive and told me to find another lawyer. I would not consider using her services, even if she were the only lawyer left on the planet.

While everyone's experience is different, our experience was great and everyone at the Law Office was professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. We submitted our application in one attempt and the Law Office provided us with a comprehensive list of documents and information to assemble. That at helped tremendously and our documents were submitted in the first quarter of this year and my wife got her green card in the third quarter of this year. Great service, I will recommend and use in the future.

The Spirit Airlines of law. Hire her if you know what you're doing, you know what you need, and you only need a lawyer for formalities. Otherwise, stay away. All services has a price, from a contract, to a re-write, to an advice. In terms of arguing your case, she was very weak in defense and ultimately yielded to the buyers. But why the 1-star rating? - Charged for every little thing, from contracts to re-writes, etc. And then charged extra when she said our buyer was being difficult (it was their lawyer). - Cannot answer or advise on legal proceedings, had to ask a family friend instead. - Did not re-type the Contract of Sale. In the end, the contract looked like a C+ graded paper. - Constant yelling and screaming on the phone. - Cannot argue or defend us effectively. We were sellers and we ended up closing at the buyer's title office. - Exposed confidential papers to the buyer. Then complained in the email that she was wasn't notified even though there was an email trail. - Charged $500 for Ubering to the closing in Nassau because she lost the argument to close in her office. In the end, she hitched a free ride from one of the brokers back to Queens. - Filled out the 1099-S duplicate form wrong to the title company and said it's not her job later and to them to go contact the accountant. Don't fill it out and sign your name if you don't understand. Ultimately, she cannot hold her own against difficult lawyers. Her paperwork and emails are unprofessional and disorganized. She can't handle complicated transactions. With all the little fees adding up, we could have gotten a better lawyer. Is she a good person? Maybe. Is she a good lawyer? No. Should you still hire her? Only if you have everything written out and you just need her to sign.
