Suing entities outside of your home state (way outside) is pretty low. I guess you have to find someone way to make money and raise your profile and you have no other legal talents aside from this, and there’s probably no better time in history or future than now. The only people that will suffer from a frivolous lawsuit against a children’s hospital are the kids.

I believe the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty that they fight for second amendments rights. I believe they can follow the US constitution like real American. Forget the low review they are consider to be operating negative reviews campaign against business who are advocating 2nd Amendments.

what a joke this place is - they filed a lawsuit against the student loan forgiveness and their reasoning was that the forgiveness would "help Black borrowers and advance racial equity too quickly" to the point of it being unconstitutional. I wish I could give them 0 stars. absolutely disgusting. there is nothing unconstitutional about human equity.

I called in the beginning and spoke with someone woman who was terribly rude that told me to wait for the email from them. If I could rate at ZERO stars I would!

They talk about law and liberty, yet they only care about themselves and politics. They want to file a lawsuit design to help everyone. I am a white male that wants equal rights for everyone yet they only want to hinder it.

One review mentions their involvement in fighting for Second Amendment rights, suggesting that they take on cases and advocate for the rights of individuals to keep and bear arms as protected by the U.S. Constitution. This indicates a potential specialization in constitutional matters and related civil rights issues.
However, it's important to consider all available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding. One reviewer expressed concerns about the institute "suing entities outside of your home state (way outside)," labeling such actions as potentially "frivolous" and detrimental to the well-being of children in the context of a lawsuit against a children's hospital. This perspective raises questions about the institute's litigation strategies and the potential impact of their legal actions.
Conversely, another reviewer dismisses negative feedback, suggesting it might be part of a "negative reviews campaign" against businesses or organizations "who are advocating 2nd Amendments." This viewpoint implies that some criticisms might be politically motivated or stem from disagreements with the institute's stance on Second Amendment rights.
