• I was grateful Richard Reilly agreed to represent me in the renegotiation of my spousal support agreement. He effectively utilized his HIGHLY QUALIFIED paralegal Angela DeCicco, saving me a lot of money on legal fees. Long story short… the settlement we achieved was significantly better than I was prepared to offer on my own, saving me potentially 100’s of 1,000’s of dollars in the long run. • When I was first looking for an attorney, I called Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, LLP. I didn't have any information about them and was pretty nervous calling (because in my experience it can be intimidating and the initial interaction can be very abrupt). When I called this law firm, it was the complete opposite. I initially talked to Britt and she was so kind and gave me plenty of information. It was not the interaction I expected and I was so appreciative of her helpful nature and her ability to put me at ease. I was then contacted by Attorney Adam Schleis and he was incredible to work with. He researched and discussed with me what path we could take . He also showed compassion and kindness in a situation that was difficult. We felt very supported by him at the meeting he attended and any time we spoke with him on the phone. I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if I needed to.
• Both me and my family have worked with this law firm. They will devise a strategy and act like they will advocate on your behalf, but thus far, all they have done is pressure someone with a disability to make hasty decisions that have lifetime effects on his children and livelihood. When I pleaded with Max to please use actual income to compute child support, he refused and hung up on me while I was vulnerably sharing my fears of what might happen to our children. He also insinuated that he would be less motivated to help with another facet of our case. To me, that not only makes it clear that this law group is not trying to help families and has no concern about the harm that can be done for them. They have also gotten many material facts wrong, made simple mistakes, refused to answer emails and took weeks sometimes to get back to calls, didn't follow through on any of their strategy plans, promised to file pleadings and court documents that they then didn't and now my husband is facing sanctions for due to the lack of responsiveness, concern, or ethical responsibility of GRGB law. They also completely messed up the financial disclosures, which is more than concerning. I have contacted them directly and will update this review if anything changes, but as it stands, I would highly recommend finding a local firm that has your family's best interests in heart and cares about the well-being of your children, and that practices a level of professionalism that does not involve hanging up on clients when they don't want to admit to mistakes or offer a remedy.
• Max and his entire team were great to work with. They would return emails quickly and they were able to help me navigate my case with ease.
• Although it’s not clear if this firm will be assisting a friend in an appeal yet, they returned my call the same day. Britt and Nicole were both easy to talk to, very helpful and gave a glimmer of hope. “A no stone left unturned” kind of place was what I was told and would recommend contacting them.
