Williams-Williams Commercial Introduce
For businesses in the Atlanta, Georgia, area seeking legal assistance with commercial collections, the "Nearby Lawyers" category features Williams-Williams Commercial, located at The williams law building, 1612 NE Expy NE, Atlanta, GA 30329, USA. This firm appears to specialize in debt recovery for businesses. However, the online reviews present a starkly contrasting view of their professionalism and customer service.
The address, "The williams law building," suggests that Williams-Williams Commercial operates from its own dedicated premises, potentially indicating a well-established presence in the Atlanta legal community. However, the reviews do not offer any specific details about the office environment or its features.
Based on the available information, the primary service offered by Williams-Williams Commercial is commercial debt collection. This involves legal efforts to recover outstanding payments owed to businesses. One reviewer explicitly refers to them as the "#1 commercial collections firm in Atlanta," suggesting a specialization and potentially a high volume of activity in this area.
However, the second review presents a deeply concerning account of unprofessional behavior. This reviewer details an interaction with an individual named Richard Williams, during which the reviewer overheard disparaging remarks made about them while on hold. The reviewer alleges that Richard Williams called them a "stupid man" for taking too long to look up their check number. Upon confronting Richard Williams about this comment and requesting to speak with a supervisor, the reviewer was transferred to someone named Dick Williams. Dick Williams reportedly inquired if the call had been recorded and, upon learning it had not, explained that Richard Williams had been with the company since 1971, was elderly, and nearing retirement. The reviewer found this explanation insufficient as an excuse for the unprofessional language used.
The reviewer further states that Dick Williams indicated that he and Richard Williams were not related and that their boss or attorney was traveling and would return later that evening. The reviewer informed Dick Williams that they expected a call back from the boss and intended to contact Austell Gas (presumably the client for whom Williams-Williams Commercial was collecting) to report the incident. The reviewer expressed concern that if Richard Williams used such derogatory language, he might also use racial slurs, leading them to state they would no longer conduct business with companies that allow such behavior from their representatives.
The features of Williams-Williams Commercial, as perceived through the lens of these two reviews, are contradictory. The positive review suggests a firm that has achieved a leading position in commercial collections in Atlanta due to its respectful and professional approach. This implies features such as expertise in commercial debt recovery, a track record of success, and a commitment to professional conduct.
However, the negative review paints a drastically different picture, alleging unprofessionalism, disrespectful behavior towards individuals they are contacting for collections, and a dismissive attitude from a supervisor when such behavior is reported. The excuse of an employee's age and impending retirement is presented as a justification for the alleged misconduct, which the complaining party found unacceptable.
There is no promotional information available for Williams-Williams Commercial in the provided data. The reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the firm's service and conduct.
In conclusion, Williams-Williams Commercial, located in Atlanta, GA, specializes in commercial debt collection and has been described by one source as the "#1 firm in this area in Atlanta, suggesting a level of success and experience. However, a detailed personal account raises serious concerns about the professionalism and respectful conduct of at least one of their representatives. The alleged use of derogatory language towards an individual contacted for collections and the subsequent handling of the complaint by a supervisor present a negative image of their customer service. Local businesses in Atlanta seeking assistance with commercial collections should carefully consider these contrasting reviews. While one review praises their professionalism, the other details an unacceptable and disrespectful interaction. It would be prudent for potential clients to inquire about the firm's customer service standards, employee conduct policies, and complaint resolution procedures before engaging their services. Contacting Williams-Williams Commercial at (404) 325-9360 or +1 404-325-9360 to discuss their specific needs and to gain a better understanding of their approach to client and debtor relations would be a crucial step in making an informed decision.

I've spoken to Richard Williams numerous times and can say unequivocally that he is as respectful and professional as they come. Williams- Williams didn't become the #1 commercial collections firm in Atlanta by accident.
I was looking up my business account information and had to place Richard Williams on mute because I had another call on a different line but still had the Bluetooth in my ear from Williams and Williams. Just as I was about to come back to the phone I heard him say I got this stupid man on the phone that taking too long to look up his check number. I confronted him about what he said and asked to be transferred to his supervisor and he transferred me to Dick Williams that asked me if I recorded the call and I told him no but know what I heard from Richard. He explained to me that Richard had been with the company since 1971 and was old and about to retire and I told him that was no excuse to call me stupid. I asked him if they were related and he told me no that it was a coincidence that they had the same name and that their boss or attorney as traveling and would be in this evening. I told him to have him contact me when he gets in and that I was going to contact Austell Gas and let them know what type of people they have collecting for them, which I am about to do right now. This is information for people having to deal with this company and I am afraid if he called me stupid then he might say the N word as well and I do not do business with people that call their customers names.
